Blake Building

Built a custom home with Blake Building and couldn't be happier. We were one of the newer new builds in the neighborhood and are very happy with our purchase and how our home turned out. The construction was well managed and articulated by the Blake Building Team. The design options were much more extensive than most traditional builders. We were very pleased with the craftmanship Blake Building had. Would do it all over in a heartbeat if we had the chance.

I had a house built by Blake Building/AR Homes (moved into the home Dec 2020). My wife and I LOVE the house. Building a house can be a challenging feat, but if you're working with the right people it makes that a little easier. I worked with the owner (Peter) and I also worked with Olivia, Jesse and Rick and all of them were great. Good people and really want to build a great product and make sure the client is happy.

The AR Homes Design Studio is really nice and gives you a ton of options to look at and choose. Building a home during the 2020 pandemic was a bit challenging at times with subcontractors, but it was kinda expected and only slowed the process down a little. Nearing the end of the build Jesse and Rick really took the plan and made it a reality. They were at the home daily and making sure subs were doing the right job and trying as hard as possible to make our deadline (which they did). Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the home and the process.

If you are in the market to build a new home, Blake Building/AR Homes is a great option. These people here will make sure you are happy and they deliver a spectacular product.

Our home is in the historic district of Hyde Park and renovations to the exterior required great attention to detail to match existing historic conditions. Selecting a builder with an architectural background helped in creatively solving renovation challenges using today's materials to match yesterday's details.

It has been a pleasure to work with Peter and his company over the past five years. My involvement with real estate in the Tampa Bay area over the past 20 years has given me knowledge of many developers/builders in the area. Peter's quality of work is one of the best I have seen.

We purchased an old home in South Tampa and, prior to moving in, spoke to Peter regarding what we could do to make it more livable by today's standards, yet keep the old feeling.
