Nathan and his team are incredible to work with! They have done numerous things for us and have always done an impeccable job. No matter the situation, they are always there. Company's mitigation service was amazing - They absolutely get 5 stars. The repair division, however, was truly horrible. No communication, literally 8 weeks of waiting, and shameful work quality. At one point cut a electric line in half and I was left to figure out issue and repair it They didn't even finish job and then charged a labor minimum for drywall that was not complete. Absolutely DO NOT use their construction division!

ServiceMaster does a great job every time. They service five of our retail locations and we are always pleased. They work around our schedule and manage to fit our needs. They show up on time and complete the work in the estimated time frame. Highly recommend!

I kept asking for an amount that it was going to cost me and the guy told me not to worry about it they wouldn't leave me with a huge bill in the end and as soon as he had insurance checks in his hands he gives me a bill for over $2000. To our family that is a huge bill at the end. Not satisfied with them as general contractors at all! Their guys did a good job but leaving our family with this big bill is not acceptable.

Especially when I asked the man on several different occasions during our repair process how much it was going to be costing us. He knew what it was going to be when he estimated the job but never once gave me a final $$ amount.

We had water damage in our home that destroyed our ceilings, hardwood floors, and walls, not to mention our moral! We were told to call ServiceMaster for all of our needs. We were extremely pleased with the results! We wanted to thank the people that were involved in this restoration and assurance that everything would be fine. From the initial conference to the people that packed us out, to cleaning, organizing, and moving us back into this world of "normal!" What a great feeling!

We wanted to thank all the people involved: Tod McCary and Scott V/ Case Managers that listened to our concerns and were with us at all times if we needed them. We felt safe! Fernando Munoz/ Painter and restorer of plaster, drywall, shoe molding and baseboard. He was extremely meticulous and careful with every minute detail! Dee McClellan, Dalton Willis, Andrew Boles, Danna Tracy, and Austin Ford/Pack in and out of all furniture, accessories, rugs, and very sentimental items.

All of them were so careful in everything they packed and moved. They packed and unpacked everything as if it were their very own! They listened, offered advice, and very patient with all items. We are so appreciative of their hard work and patience during every minute of day and night! Dee McClellan, Shae Wilson, and Michelle Smith/ Cleaning technicians that were excellent and left our home like new!

Their cleaning was superb! They went over every detail in out home. We were so very impressed with their expertise and diligence in making everything sparkle and shine! Nathan and his team were there for me at the drop of a hat when our business was broken into around the holidays. ServiceMaster took care of everything we asked them to and then some. They were extremely professional and did one of the best clean up jobs I have ever seen.

Nathan and his staff are amazing. They arrive when they say they will, are extremely professional and efficient, and do a fantastic job! They cleaned up a propane log malfunction in my home, came out on a Friday evening after hours to clean up a water emergency, and most recently saved my new carpeting from pet stains. I'm a local contractor that has worked behind this company for years and they butcher their jobs. For instance they demoed a water damage job and caused an additional 10,000 worth of work because they didn't use any caution as they were tearing out the actual water damage and destroyed everything around it.

I have used Service Master for the last 10 years for everything from a carpet cleaning to large construction jobs. I trust Service Master implicitly with not only my personal home but with all of my clients properties.

ServiceMaster did a fantastic job on the cleanup and restoration after the explosion in our laboratory. Such comfort we received being assured that ServiceMaster would take care of us and have us up and running in no time. And they delivered. Always professional in everything they did. I did not recieve their services but I did encounter a very rude employee. It was 7/28/15 about 9:30 am and I was on my usual drive to work. I got over in front of him with plenty of room and he proceeded to speed up tailgate me all the way on the the interstate.
