Kerry McDuffie, the owner and the person who performed our carpet cleaning services did an outstanding job! He thoroughly steam cleaned all of the carpets in my Dad's house which hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The carpeting is high quality wool, but at least 25 years old. Kerry literally made these carpets look brand new. He spent several hours cleaning until they were perfect. Both my Dad and I are extremely pleased with the service and highly recommend

The carpet looked and smelled worse after they vacuumed it and used their silly carpet machine for a very short time. They showed up a day late. Charged three times more than advertised and if that wasn't enough ruined our baseboards with their machine. Asked not to get paid in cash by sending a text message after making the appointment and then charged 3% credit card fees after the job is completed. The tech said that's standard operating procedure. I should have just ignored that message and pay him in cash to avoid the cc fees. In my opinion it's nothing but a scam.

Professional, efficient, attention to detail and a positive attitude. Quality service at a reasonable price. When you leave a message the owner gets back to you in a reasonable time. Highly recommend this company. They cleaned area rugs for people for whom I work. Rug owners were very pleased with quality of cleaning & price. Cleaned the white carpet where I live today.

Kerry, the owner, personally comes and works at your house! Amazing quality of work! He cleaned my wall to wall carpets in three bedrooms in 1 1/2 hours! I have two large dogs and the carpets look like new and all the spots are removed! I would highly recommend this company for the price, efficiency and quality!

Hired Superior to clean carpeting in a rental home in Tellico Village. They removed carpet stains that other companies couldn't. Great communications. Showed up on time. Courteous and professional. Were especially careful around woodwork. Very fair prices. They are also Oriental rug washing experts too. Will definitely use Superior again.

I had a Clubhouse to be cleaned with a mix of carpet and tile. We have about 365 homes in our subdivision and the carpet gets dirty and stained. We had a competitor previously (S. St.), and they said the stains were permanent. Superior Carpet cleaning came and did an estimate, and I had them do the carpet and the tile. The results were fantastic, much better than previous company for the same money.
The tile really was dirty and their high tech machines lifted dirt off the tile and grout so it is now very inviting. They were on time, good workers and were not rushed, stayed several hours to do the job to a high quality. I recommend them for both business and residential work.

Superior is amazing! I was getting my house ready to sell and was worried about my tired and stained carpet. When Superior got through, the carpet looked practically new! It was affordable, it didn't take very long, and the owner was a pleasure to work with. I wish I had done it sooner! I had no idea how inexpensive and effective it was. Use this company!

The carpet in our house is 15 years old, and was full of animal and kid stains, just awful and embarrassing. Superior got to our house on time, were very professional and courteous, and in 3 hours the carpet looked nearly brand new! My husband and I were amazed at how clean they got them. Couldn't be happier!
