I couldn't be happier with the quality of service from Chem-Dry of Knoxville this Holiday Season! They did such a good job on my carpets and rugs that I scheduled them to come back and do all the tile throughout the house before Christmas. My kitchen floor now looks brand new! I already put myself on the calendar for 2024 so I will beat the rush on sprucing up the house for the holidays next year. Thanks so much to Andrew and his Crews for a job well done!

Chem-Dry came out on Christmas Day to service 3 flooded apartments where I work in Hardin Valley. They did an awesome job removing the water and also helped remove the padding from the worst units. They also assisted our sister property with multiple flooded units due to busted sprinkler lines. Andrew went above and beyond to provide services even when pulled away from his family on Christmas Day and into late hours of the night. Quality of work was great and was completed in a timely manner.
