These guys rocked! They did what they say way better than the first national company we had come out. They made are carpets look like new again! We plan to only use clean pros carpet cleaning from now on! The monthly plans are the way to go for sure. You basically get a free cleaning every year and we don't have to pay all up front!

We were asked to vacuum under the cushions before technician started (even though we were paying Clean pro to clean the couch.) After later inspection I saw that there was still dirt and debris under couch cushions that were left after being "cleaned". Clean pro left couch cushions laying around haphazardly and did not offer to clean up wet leaves dragged through my house from their equipment. I was also told cushions would be dry in 30min- 1 hour (I knew that wasn't true). The cushions were not completely dry until the next afternoon. Call somewhere else.

Had our carpets and couches cleaned and had stains come out that other carpet companies were not able to get out. Highly recommend!

Eli (the new management) does an excellent job. He is meticulous with his methods and provides the best quality and care possible. He offers explanations for what he service he is providing so that the client better understands the entire process and what chemicals work best for carpet and tile cleaning. He is extremely knowledgeable in his trade, and my carpets and upholstery look fantastic every time.

My carpet was full of pet stains and had the smell to go with it. I had tried to steam clean the carpet myself but had poor results. I spoke to Renny at Clean Pros and he assured me he could remove the stains and the odor. After he and Joseph cleaned the carpet the stains were gone and so was the odor. It's now been one week and everything looks and smells great.

I hired Clean Pros to come erase 16 years of family living on carpet in a home I had listed for sale. We all know clean homes sell faster and at a better price than those looking a little tired. I had seen the photos on their web site showing carpet looking like new on one side of the steam cleaner and horrible dingy where it had not yet been cleaned.

That photo is exactly what I saw happen in the home Renny and his son Eli came to clean. A miracle? Probably not. Inside their late model van was a new super duper piece of cleaning equipment that ran hot water, nearly 250 degrees, into the house through a hose system and cleaning head which had two suction strips instead of the normal one everybody else seems to use.

This not only did a better job of removing the dirt and pet hair, but the carpets were dry in no time flat. Clean Pros brought in corner protectors, padding for stairs and all sorts of preventive measures for your home because they want to make sure the only thing it looks like they touched is the carpet. I told my entire company about their professional and effective service and will call them again on my next real estate listing where the owners want to maximize their investment. Clean Pros also told me of their other services which even included some remediation tasks. Call these guys, they are as nice as they are hard working.

We hired Clean Pros to come in and clean our carpets. Our grand babies are coming to visit and we have two small dogs and wanted the carpets to be tip top because we know the babies will be crawling around on the floors. My carpet was very dirty from pets. They made it look and smell like new. Very professional company and the cost was very reasonable.
