Our team of builders manage each project from the initial consultation through the end of construction to ensure the integrity of each build. The first step in the construction process involves grading the pool area, setting the elevation of the pool, forming the beam of the pool, and digging the pool itself.

I used Paul Miller Custom Pools to design and build my pool and hot tub this year and I was very happy with the whole experience. Dean was the project manager and he did an amazing job of keeping me informed and making sure the pool and hot tub were completed properly. Any issues I had were handled promptly and completely. I would highly recommend this company!

It have officially been a year since Paul Miller Custom Pools started the dig for our custom pool. We had put bids out to four local builders and made the choice to go with Paul Miller. From the initial design, through the build process and now into the warranty process the service has been amazing. A great experience all around and a big shout out to Brad for his great customer service, experience and attention to detail, he really kept the project on track with the highest levels of quality!

Paul, Jodie and the family at Paul Miller Custom Pools have built two pools for us in the past 8 years. One in Keller and the most recent in Grapevine. We went back to them again simply due to the process they use regarding not passing off the pool building process once it passes a certain stage. Paul and Matt were both on site EVERY DAY to ensure that things were going as expected and to keep the line of communication open.
They were always there to make suggestions if needed and provide the reasons behind this. Jodie and Sue in the office are a delight to speak with and help to make any and all process with pool building a complete pleasure. If I ever needed another pool built for any reason, I would never look beyond Paul Miller and his trusted family to do this for us. They are absolutely awesome!

We just finished a pool with Paul Miller Custom Pools and couldn't be happier! Brad and the team did an amazing job even with the 3rd wettest March on record and the start of a global pandemic to get our pool done in a very reasonable time and in time for summer. The fact Brad designed the pool and also was the builder/project manager was a win/win.
His design was thoughtful in what we wanted and his communication throughout the build was excellent. The final product was better than we expected and the subtle design features Brad incorporated into the pool were perfect after seeing our kids use them just as he intended. We would definitely recommend PMCP to anybody looking to build a pool!

We requested multiple quotes from different companies and landed on Paul Miller Custom Pools. We loved the design, and the experience with their team. Brad Shirley was our sales rep. He was always available to answer questions, communicated quickly if plans changed, and ensured our process from purchase to final product was seamless. We are thrilled with our new pool and backyard resort. They are a family owned and operated business and take great pride in every aspect of their work. Everyone was professional, helpful and the entire experience was a positive one. Brad is an amazing Project Manager and kept us in the of the steps as they approached and was helpful when we had questions or concerns throughout the process.

We have waited a long time to have a pool built and Paul Miller was excellent in listening to our wants and coming up with a design that was beautiful that met our needs as a family. Our pool turned out amazing and Brad was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Paul Miller pools when you want to build your pool.

We had our Paul Miller saltwater pool installed 9 years ago. It looks good and has been relatively trouble-free. The problem is service after the sale and once the checks have cleared. For example, my pool remote control isn't working now and I can't get one of PM's techs to return a phone call about this.
