These folks won't steer you wrong. Completely satisfied. Wanted to know if we needed anything and/or help. Hands on company. Didnt take your money then silence. Not sure if it was the cookies and brownies I baked but they are good people and checked in with us often. Had shingle samples with them. Actually replaced roof a bit earlier than we expected. Did several homes around us and would recommend them to anyone.

The great hailstorm July 11, 2021will be talked about for years. Our home fell victim to it as it tore through Prescott AZ. The hardest hit were our roofs and Arrow Roofing came to the rescue. Although we had to wait our turn, seeing this crew remove the old roofing and replace it with new the following October was amazing! Our high-pitched roof lines were challenging. Middleton and his crew handled it fearlessly and professionally.

And they did the entire job in 3 days! My only regret is that i didn't stay home to watch the whole production. Lord only knows how much more video and stills I'd have for Facebook. The Arrow team started early in the day and worked 'til sunset. The roofs look exactly as they did before the storm. Hope my pictures help to tell the story. GOD BLESS ARROW ROOFING! THANK YOU!

I dealt with the owner, Middleton Dehon. He was very professional and offered other services that comes with storm damage. I had him install a faux mission tile roof that was made of stamped metal. The company did a complete tear off and installed a premium underpayment that was much better than rolled felt. The manufacturer of the roof tiles was not very responsive in supplying all of the material.

We ordered the materials the first week of November 2021 and did not receive them until the last week of January 2022, at which time they raised the price by almost four thousand dollars. Then, the job that required four thousand screws only came about six hundred at a time. A long story short, the job was finally done on the last week of April 2022. Arrow Roofing crew was excellent and cleaned up the job site after every visit.

Arrow and their people were fantastic to work with, especially Paul Hammons. Their response time is the best I've ever seen and customer service was great. The crew cleaned up every little scrap of debris and left the yard pristine. Can't say enough good things to describe our experience with Arrow Roofing. Arrow was very good at timely roof repair and hail damage painting of gutters. They outsourced window repair to Bennett Glass in Prescott. It took over 4 months for a 45 minute job of $285.00 to get accomplished. While the work Bennett did was quite good, Arrow needs to partner with a window repair company that is more responsive. But if Arrow wishes to be a General Contractor for many stages of repair, not just roofing, they need to be more on top of improving the timing of repair services.

I never had a roof replaced. Jacob was my Arrow representative and made this experience as easy and painless as possible. We were completely satisfied with Arrow Roofing. They replaced our roof last Fall after ''one more'' hail storm damaged it to the point of needing replacement. We had contacted them a few years earlier when our neighbors roof got replaced from hail damage. We were honestly told that our roof was not at the point (yet) of needing to be replaced. But that storm in July of 2021 did it in.

They were backed up but we figured that. They replaced it right around their estimated time. They also did it in a day! Great job - we recommended them to our other neighbor also. Now there are 3 houses in a row on Sequoia Dr. with Arrow roofs.

After two heavy Hail Storms during the summer of 2021 my insurance company suggested I have my roof replaced due to much damage I called Arrow Roofing and Colby came over to look at my roof and confirmed that a new roof was needed. Colby stated that the company was very busy with other roofs at this time and it might be up to three months before they could replace mine.

Since my roof was not leaking I told him I could wait for his company to come and replace my roof. So in early December Arrow Roofing came and replaced my roof. Our roof was damaged in the July 2021 hail storm. The Arrow roofing team was professional and did a great job. They found some defects in the original roof construction and corrected them. I live in The Gardens, at Willow Creek, in Prescott Az, we had a large area that got hit with a hail storm with most residents having major roof damage. I along with several neighbors contacted Arrow roofing, after reading several great reviews and checking with the BBB, to see if they had any complaints, they were well recommended. After contacting them everything went smoothly they worked with my insurance directly. Arrow roofing sent out a crew of 8, and did the entire roof and clean up in a day. Can't seem to get them to come give written est. For my 1212 shed. Guess it's not a big money job so I'm on the back burner. Could be a quick job but not a big money maker for them. From the very beginning to the end result was virtually seamless customer service and professional installation. Working with the insurance company and their Assigned inspector, Courtney was great, And with the follow through. Bud runs a tight ship yet his hard working workers seem happy. I have never seen a Roof With delivered supplies, off and new on all in less than nine hours including cleanup and hauling everything away. I have already referred this company to two people, one of which said he needs a roof soon. Impressive.

I hired Arrow Roofing to fix my roof. From start to finish they were very professional. Their sales staff answered all of the questions promptly. We are out our inspection costs and had a home purchase fall through because of Arrow Roofing's intentional deception to help a personal friend sell the house and earn a commission.
