What a great experience! They transformed the landscaping at our new home from an overgrown jungle to a beautiful, colorful, display. Melanie helped design everything and has turned me on to other reliable contractors for other projects. We had to schedule SEVEN landscaping companies to come out, because of those seven, only three contractors delivered quotes and one of those companies was unlicensed and uninsured. Melanie delivered the quote quickly, got approval from our HOA, and completed the project on time and on budget.

She was accessible throughout and I know if I needed her right now, she would be quick to respond. We are super happy and will definitely be hiring Emerald Green for additional projects.

Emerald Green did a sod replacement job two doors down from me and chose to move the new sod on a pallet with heavy equipment across my backyard without our permission. We are on a pond and they could have stayed on the easement.but chose not to after my neighbor told them to stay off my property. We also had just replaced our sod at great expense and it had rained the night before.so there's no way we would have authorized what they did.

When confronted they were aggressive in their language and demeanor so as to try to intimidate myself and a fellow neighbor who also had their lawn driven on. Customer service 101 you don't defuse a complaint with aggression and poor language regardless of what someone else says. Do not use this company.they are unprofessional and have no protocol for the scenario for a job such as this.

To add insult.after our interaction Emerald removed the old sod in the backyard by putting down plywood and going between homes staying on the person's yard who is their customer.so they know how to do this right.but chose not to! Wow

Emerald Green has completed (and helped plan) several projects for us. They removed the old lawn and put down Saint Augustine grass, planted more than 50 arecas, planted a Cassia Big leaf tree as well as, weekly maintenance of our yard. They have always been extremely easy to work with, professional, courteous and on time. We now have the best looking lawn on the block. We highly recommend this company!

I have been a costumer of Emerald Greens for almost 3 years now and i plan on continuing to use their services for many more to come. I recently decided to change up the landscaping in my yard and they went above and beyond to make my yard look amazing. Thank you to the owner Melanie for your kindness and your expertise. Thank to the crew that did wonders to make my yard look they way it does, and thank you to the crew that works on my lawn on a weekly basis. I highly recommend this company to anymore who is looking for a new lawn care and landscaping company.

Do Not use this Company, the are unprofessional and don't care about doing a good job at all. "Horrible Service" Melanie will make every excuse under the sun. They cut down two of my three Jasmine bushes that had tags on them, and blamed it on the bushes not having mulch around them, and they had the right to weed wacked them down. She never offered to replace the plants or deduct it from my monthly bill.

Then I had to mow and edge my property myself and they had the nerve to take pictures of my property after I manicured my own property and indicated it was their work. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!

Reasonable price, but poor service. Price includes weed control and pruning. If you want anything other than having the grass cut and weed eating, you have to call and complain about the poor service. One more additional issue. When the company does weed eating the weed eater has no guard and beats the paint off surfaces that are painted.

Best lawn care in the area I highly reccomend them. They have many employess so they finish fast show up at the same time every week. They do everything the trees shrubs weeds for a low price. I am pretty sure they service most of bradenton since my house is far from there location. They also have commercial accounts since they do my buddys commercial shopping plaza and he reffered them to me 2 years ago.

Very unprofessional lawn service. They were unable to work with us regarding concerns in our yard and simply tried to blame others when issues were clearly caused by their mowers.
