The workers are irresponsible when they cut lawns and know nothing about it. You can't instruct them because they speak no English. These workers have been caught actually coming back at the end of their shift going into back of yards and steal items with the Tru Escapes clothing still on.

DON'T USE THEM! They might appear to be a large and professional business but operate with VERY, VERY inexperienced workers who know NOTHING about property maintenance. FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

POOR. Bought a tree to meet certain Specifications. The tree did not. They told me to water and fertilize and it would grow. It did not. I was furnished with a sub-standard tree of poor quality and the company would not even call me to discuss it in spite of a long letter explaining the problem.
