Grant's Gardens

We have lived in Sarasota for about a decade and decided to update our yard landscaping. We looked at a lot of companies, but decided to go with Grant's Garden based on the recommendation of a friend, their reputation for high quality work, and their responsiveness throughout the process (they actually picked up the phone, showed up for our appointments, and sent plans when they said they would).

Better than all of that, they did a beautiful job of designing and planting the yard of our dreams and a place where we spend even more time now with the kids. We signed up for their weekly lawn maintenance service as a result of the great work they did on our yard and we're happy to say that it has been just as exceptional as the landscaping they did.

I've been using Grant's Gardens for all my landscaping needs for over 7 years now and they continue to provide outstanding service. Brendan Flanagan is a great guy to work with, he's proactive, anticipates issues, make recommendations and manages his landscape crew very well, very much a hands on "team" approach. They recently completed replacement of most of the front landscaping for our house and as usual, it was done well, on budget and on time. I could not be more satisfied.

I'm often at a community Grant's services (Renaissance in Sarasota) and it looks neglected in places. Plants around the pool area especially need work. One is just twigs!

We are thrilled with the landscaping work being done by Grant's Gardens for our First United Methodist Church. Peter Johnson is marvelous with solving the many problems we were experiencing. We are grateful for the time he has taken to talk with our trustees and his prompt response to our questions. He and Eddie analyzed our irrigation system, made several helpful changes to it, and now the system for our entire campus is working beautifully. Peter's crew has worked hard to bring back good shaping to our many shrubs.

Several areas have had dead overgrowth cleaned out and trimmed back. The crew carefully took out three dead palm trees. Our gardens and landscaping have improved in their cleanliness and neatness over the 5 months Peter and his crew have been taking care of our property. We highly recommend their work and look forward to their continued maintenance of our church's landscape.

We had a wonderful experience with Grant's Gardens. Our representative, Peter Johnson, could not have been more helpful in aiding us in our decisions and making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The products used were top quality and appropriately priced. Installation was on time and thoughtfully done. Follow-up has been equally excellent. A great experience for us.

Brendan of Grants Gardens did a great job on a small project at my home. All of the employees were prompt and polite. The work was done exactly as discussed, and he even had an irrigation person check our sprinkler system. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was that some plants were delayed in delivery. I will call upon Brendan again for our next landscape phase.

We use Grants Gardens for all of landscaping and lawn maintenance. The responsiveness and attention to detail never disappoints. They understand the uniqueness of the Florida climate and respond accordingly. Our lawn and landscaping looks great and I never have to think about it!

These guys did a great job and I'm very pleased with the work. Definitely recommending them to friends.

My second experience with Grants Gardens. They did another fabulous job!

I unfortunately paid close to $3,000.00 to Grants Gardens to prevent ground water from seeping through and under my foundation into my garage. Within two months of doing the work the water was back in my garage and I was told there was nothing else they could do to fix it. They should have known that the foundation needed to be sealed instead of placing a permeable membrane that didn't stop the water at all. Now we are out all that money and no closer to a solution that we will have to pay for again to actually fix the problem. Horrible experience. Don't use them! Ever!

Too busy to pay attention to customers or to be helpful or responsive. Disappointing.
