Yellowstone Landscape

This company has been in my community for 3 months they constantly are breaking irrigation heads and leaving them broke which causes huge water falls out of the ground. They have done nothing they promised the board of directors! They were requested to do landscaping around the entrance to the community they stuck a few flowers and no mulch and left it over 1000 dollars for nothing.

Head crew leader never answers the phone and his answering service is filled so you cant leave a message they will be leaving our place hopefully soon! Do not recommend this company 0 stars

Critical:Professionalism I was behind one of your trucks in Daytona Beach today and the driver was obviously intoxicated. He kept swerving into the lanes on either side of him, everyone was having to swerve themselves to keep from being hit. This looks horrible for your company and people could have been hurt.

The landscapers are horribly unprofessional: They already have broken things in our yard three times and the manager is totally incapable of responding to any messages. Most of the times they cut the lawn so short that it actually burns and damages the grass. I wish our HOA would chose a different company because they are a waste of our resources.

My condo HOA used Yellowstone for roughly three years. In that time, both I and other owners had serious issues with Yellowstone, particularly with their assigned account manager, Josh. Their irrigation person came out repeatedly to fix my neighbor's irrigation system, but it was never fixed. I had sod laid (by another company) in my yard, and specifically spoke with Josh to make sure that his crew wouldn't scalp my new sod with weed eaters, which had happened with him before.

He promised me that it wouldn't happen, and that he'd talk with his crew. Well, it did - repeatedly. I reached out to Josh several times, but he couldn't be reached when I tried to get him to replace my ruined sod. Thankfully, my HOA board finally fired Yellowstone and went with another company, which is slightly more expensive, but is far more responsive and does better work. I'll have to replace this sod out of my own pocket. Don't go with Yellowstone - the work quality is scattershot, and the account manager is unresponsive and lies.

Horrible landscaping company. They are non-responsive to basic requests such as dead plant removal and tree trimming. Avoid if possible. EDIT: Their response to this poor review is the first time I have heard from anyone of them. And of course you wouldn't have my name as a client. It is our HOA. Don't let their reply make you think they actually care. Many of the other reviews echo my sentiment.

They did an amazing job! Very professional, knowledgeable and hard working. Took down a massive tree in about a 400 square foot area without damaging anything around it!

Absolutely miserable. Our HOA hired this poor excuse of a company to do our neighborhood landscaping. When they actual show up (which is less frequently than one would hope for), they do an absolutely abysmal job. They do not know how to use a mower and they skip more spots than they actually mow. Last week, they skipped my yard completely but for some unknown reason, decided to open my fence and leave it open, allowing my dogs to escape later that evening. When I called to let them know that they let my dogs escape and that they missed my yard, they did not return my call. What a waste of space this "company" is.

Every week since this company started for our HOA i have filed a complaint with our MGT. For 3 months they have not done their job. There has NEVER been a full complete scope of work done properly. We still have dead shrubs in the front of the community from the Winter. They said they are catching up from the winter freeze. We hired them in April. They should not be taking more clients if they cant handle it. We have grass and weeds as tall as 3-4 feet. This is a HUGE disappointment.

Horrible. They blew leaves all over the parking lot at cars and left a mess and our cars look disgustingly filthy! Lazy workers who have zero respect!

HORRIBLE! Sloppy workmanship.trimmed bushes and missed some obvious branches. They drive past piles of brush sitting at the curb for days and days.when it's time to cut the grass, they mow AROUND the piles! REALLY? Coastal was much better than you!

I live here at Valencia condominiums at Jacksonville Beach Florida. Mario is very professional, polite, and courteous each and every time I see him. I also am the President of the Board at another condominium in the area. Because of Mario, I am using Yellowstone to do all of our landscaping and exceeds our expectations. Mario is an asset to Yellowstone. A true leader and takes pride in his work.

A great choice for commercial and HOA landscaping! The staff and account managers here really care about improving the communities they work on.

Yellowstone Landscape was hired by our HOA. I have read good reviews about this company in other locations, however, they are not living up to their reputation at Vista Palms Estates in Wimauma, Florida. The Yellowstone workers at our community appear to have very little training in that the mowing, edging, etc. is so poor that certain homeowners have requested to mow their own lawns and take care of their own landscaping needs.

As our community has grown, and continues to grow, the quality of service is not at the level it should be. Judge for yourself and drive through our community one day to see their work product. I say this because it will never change for our community and will always remain poor until their contract ends. If you want your lawn mowed/butchered/chemically mistreated, then this is the company for you. They will not disappoint.

When driving a company vehicle which is advertising for that business, they should drive respectfully (and legally!). I just about had an accident with a Landscape USA truck pulling a trailer with heavy equipment blow through a stop sign around a corner forcing me to brake heavily so I didn't hit them or vice versa! I would not do business with a company that employs such disrespectful drivers!

Yellowstone landscape services our community HOA. They do a really good job, very thorough and their crews are always very safety conscious.

Your management team bends over backwards to help me with any situation that arises. They are knowledgeable and work to get the best for the property and working with our budget.

Your service has been great, very responsive, always timely, and ALWAYS willing to help out in a bind, pinch, or any other word used to describe a tough situation. This has been one of the best relationships I've had with a supplier.

Your staff including the Branch Manager, Account Manager, Foreman, and Crew is always very professional, respectful and nice to us and our staff as well as our residents in the community. Your staff is always available to us even after hours - fantastic, I'm very grateful!
