I would not use this company again. First, they installed the wrong roof tile and left their empty pallets and broken tiles in my yard. They said they would replace it and they did, but not promptly. I had to call and call. Months went by. They finally replaced the roof, but added more pallets and broken pieces. They also left the old tile in my yard. Again, months went by.

They finally, after stern messages, moved the tile, but left the broken tiles and pallets. I gave up and will have it moved myself. We are doing an addition and there is other construction trash, but we do not have room in the dumpster for more. I feel a company i paid a fortune to should have left my yard without their piles of concrete tile and pallets. Is that what they would do if it was a roof replacement and no other trash. Beware of their follow through. I think this has been at least a six month fiasco. UPDATE Thirty-six hours after this review posted, the trash was removed.

Radiant Roofing replaced our roof after severe damage from hail. They did a comprehensive scope of work and went back to the insurance company and got additional funds for us. The quality of their work was extremely good and we have experienced many rains, snow and have not had any issues with our roof. Would use them again in a heart beat.

Dalton Baker, our Sales Representative was very professional, on time and he had great follow through every step of the way. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and returning all of my calls and believe there were many calls in the process because the roof is a big ticket expense. Every other salesperson I dealt with wouldn't return my calls for almost 24 hours or days.

The team was on time, professional and fast doing an excellent job. Dalton came by the house to check the job once the installers left to clean up anything left behind. I had a fabulous experience with Radiant Roofer and I will be recommending them to all my friend and family.

We just had our roof replaced from shingles to metal by Radiant. I have to say my Sales person Dalton was fantastic. Great customer service and responsive. He represented Radiant very well. Gil our construction manager also fantastic. The crew that did the job went above and beyond. I can't say enough about Radiant Roofing. I would recommend this company and it's employees to everyone. I had an amazing experience with Radiant Roofing. I called to originally get an inspection done. Rusty, one of the sales professionals, came out to look everything over. He was very professional and up front about everything that needed to be done. We ended up replacing the entire roof. The crew that came out was very nice. They finished the roof fast!

Fast and reasonable. I had a leak from an animal making a hole in a vent. The crew was out there the next day and had everything sealed up and repaired. I called Radiant roofer for an estimate. I was then referred to one of their contractor or employee. Set an appointment for mother. A guy name Roman shows up and under 10 minutes was able to evaluate my mother's roofing damages. We were quoted 10k plus for labor and materials to replace entire roof and shed. Documents were sent of the estimate that had an error in it.

I sent a request to revise it under my mother's name due to the home being repaired is under her name. I sent all the correct information via text as instructed. It took 5-6 days before I got the revision. The revision was incorrect with home address completely different and the estimate went from 10k to 55k. Simple correction of name change was all that was needed.

I'm not sure what kind of game this person is playing, but the entire time was requesting multiple times the approximate payout. Why would we even inform anyone the total cost of insurance payout? So we can be charge the total amount by showing our hands? We just needed an estimate! We decided to go take our business elsewhere. Not a good start to begin with. This is my experience I want to share.

Had them replace the roofs on my home and shop after a hail storm. The workers were reckless and abused our home by throwing full bundles of shingles from the peak of the roof down to the eve, knocking pictures and breakable off the walls inside the house.

Was very pleased with the service, salesman and the job was finished in the time they promised. They even cleaned up my yard of all debris. Would be happy to do business with them again!
