The repair technician (Shawn Lewis) was respectful and honest. He arrived on time and he wore booties to protect the polished wood floors. He rebuild water pressure in the shower & installed a new cartridge. The repair cost were very reasonable. He's AMAZING! I highly recommend MET Plumbing and request Shawn Lewis.

I had an upstairs double sink that went from slow drain to no drain. I tried to run a short snake through it, but no go. I had used MET Plumbing in the past on a water heater replacement and was impressed by the workers and the and the quality of work. I called at the end of the work day and A. Rivera was at my house in Katy prompt and early the next morning.

They call about a half hour before show up so you have a heads up. He was efficient and professional in explaining the procedures he would do or may need to do and the cost of each. He was also very nice to my dogs and they liked him. Because of quality of people that MET Plumbing hire, like Mr. Rivera, for plumbing needs in the future (which I hope I don't need) I would not hesitate to call on MET Plumbing.

Andrew was fantastic. He explained everything that he did, he was thoughtfull about cleaning up as he worked. I received same day service at a reasonable price. I will definitely use Met plumbing again. Best off all, the issue was resolved. A previous company told me that the repair could not be done and that my only option was to replace the entire toilet. Thanks for being honest!

I had to get 2 toilets reinstalled. Plumber Paul Ramirez and apprentice Jonathan Hernandez did the install, and corrected some issues to ensure a quality fit. They were fast, courteous & professional. My regular plumber was out of town, so this is the 1st time I've used MET Plumbing. Pricing was higher than what my plumber would have charged, but was competitive or lower than the other three plumbing companies I contacted. I would recommend them to people looking for a quality plumber at competitive prices.

Technicians Jonathan G and Jonathan H arrived on time to replace one of our water heaters that stopped working. Thought the entire process they were very informative and communicative about where they were in the process. They took precautions to protect our home and we're extremely courteous and professional. These MET Plumbing technicians went above and beyond, even detecting and repairing a small leak from the existing secondary unit that we weren't even aware of. If ever I need anything again, I know who I will call thanks to these guys!

By far the best plumbing experience we've had. Paul Ramirez was very helpful, honest, experienced and knowledgeable. We've had about 4 plumbers come out before him and none of them were able to diagnose the issue. He took his time and made sure he was able to to resolve the issue and even showed us and explain everything he saw. He even found our clean out line!. all plumbers that had come before had convinced us we didn't have a clean out line and some even suggested installing one for us. Paul was not only able to tell us exactly what our issues were, but he also gave us several plumbing suggestions and recommendations. He also helped clean the sewage in the bathroom before he left. Overall AMAZING service. We will definitely be using MET plumbing again!

Jonathan and Bobby were extremely professional and proficient. They noticed my problem almost immediately and provided me with several solutions. They also provided me with the best rate that they could, times are tough so I appreciate that. My faucet is now no longer leaking and it is under warranty. I would recommend this service to anyone else.

Paul and his guys were amazing! They had to come out 2 days in a row to finish the job. When they started we knew what part of the problem was. Because of their amazing work ethic they worked hard and found another huge problem. They came back on the 2nd day and fixed the rest of the problem! They were professional, honest, explained everything they were doing! Also, their prices are very reasonable! We will definitely be using Met Plumbing again!

Ms. Maria and Ms. Ashley kept me updated and informed regarding appointment reminders, arrivals and any delays and questions I my have concerning my appointment. Mr. Jacob was very professional, courteous and listened to what needed to be repaired. He walked me through what he was doing and answered all of my questions and concerns. I needed a plumber to fix a leak that had just started in my first floor ceiling. Shawn Lewis did an awesome job. He located the leak from some old pipes in the ceiling and installed new pipes. It was a pretty time consuming job, but Shawn was so thorough - I was very happy about his expertise and his happy outlook on just about everything. i have his number in my phone and I will indeed use him again, and recommend him to anyone who has some need of a fantastic plumber.

They came and did a water heater pressure valve change job. Very professional and efficient. Jonathan was very honest and clear with explaining the issues and giving suggestions. Especially, he didn't try to pitch sale me anything unnecessary. I am thinking calling them for a water softener job in the future. 5 stars definitely!

Isaias Martinez was professional and determined to help me find the source of a whining noise. Here I thought I was going to have to replace a line or something. He stuck it out 1.5 hrs to help me discover it was only a dying air freshener! . We both had a great laugh! Will definitely call him for any future issues!

Beware of extreme over charges. I was told I was getting a Moen faucet for our kitchen at a certain price. After installation, the tech took the box that included model number and model with him. I had to track it down because I needed it for warranty info for Moen. Took 2 days to get that info. Once I did I was able to verify that I got a faucet that was $600 less than one he quoted me so I was lied to.

I have tried to call multiple times and email to get a refund/credit for the extreme overcharge and discuss the situation. I did not get what I paid for. I spoke with a supervisor who was going to get back to me and has still not res At this point, no one seems to care that I was overcharged $600. I will not be using them again or recommending them.

These guys are fantastic. With the snow storm we had, Texas is not built for that kind of weather. Our electricity was out for days and once we got it back, that is when our pipe burst. The guys from Met came out and fixed our pipes, made sure we didn't have any other pipe burst. They did not over charge us or tack on an emergency call out fee, same price as any other day of the year. Class act

Do not use this company. They have yet to solve a leaking pipe issue that started early Dec 2020, but have sent 6 techs out. It went from clearing a clogged drain to purchasing a new toilet but the issue still isn't resolved. Now we were told the piping is angled incorrectly and all of it will have to be redone but the cause of the leak is still unclear. We've had the house since 2015 and haven't had major issues until we called MET. They're good at creating more issues to fix vs actually fixing the issue, and charging a lot of money along the way, and the owner isn't bothered by this unethical practice.

You have to ask for a specific type of plumber otherwise they'll send a tech that isn't qualified to do the work, charge you, and then have to schedule the right tech and get charged again. They don't honor their warranty on work done either. You'll save a lot of time and money going elsewhere!

Very professional, super friendly. Came over as promised. did the replacement quickly and even showed me exactly what was done. Even though I said he didn't need to wear boot covers, he put them on and off course wore his face mask. I recommend MET to anyone having plumbing problems, big or small. I will use them again. I called this company for a dishwasher and drainage problem and they told me I had to redo the plumbing in my house to a tune of $20-40k! He said he couldn't see past 16 ft w camera. I called another company for a second opinion. I not only do NOT need to replace my plumbing, and if I were to pay the second company it wouldn't cost me more than $12K. So one of two things is true, they don't know what they are talking about OR they are crooks. Never again will I use this company.

As I purchased a 1955 home, the home inspector had assessed that the original cast iron sewer pipes were leaking and needed replacement. I obtained 5 bids ranging from small to large companies and decided on MET Plumbing. Their quote was mid-range; however, the determining factors were the full 10-year warranty on parts and labor, office-field communication, and professionalism.

I am very pleased with the quality of work and customer experience. Byron, the master plumber, was detailed in explaining the project to a layperson, communicating clearly with me on a daily basis, meticulous in the work, and going above and beyond what he was engaged to do. I had a concern over the weekend, and when I called the office, Byron personally returned my call even though he was on vacation. Eric, the apprentice, was equally earnest in his work. I highly recommend this team based on their professionalism, transparency, and commitment to excellence.

The negative reviews on this company are accurate. I simply needed a clog to be cleared near my washing machine which was spilling water all over my walls and floor. they showed up and said they could not fully clear the clog and I needed to invest in a 700 dollar service they offer to fully clear it. I opted to see how long until it clogs again, and it was clogged again by the next morning. they did not appear to fix anything, charged me over $300, and stated I would need to invest more for it to be fixed. I cannot even trust that they even knew what the actual issue was.

I had a kitchen sink issue that needed resolved. I called MET Plumbing and Air based on their outstanding reviews and the following day both Matt and Andrew were dispatched to my home with an on-time arrival at my door step. Both Matt and Andrew were dressed in a professional company uniform with their name tags, the MET LOGO and surgical booties.

They truly displayed a professional and courteous demeaner. I explained my kitchen sink situation to Matt and within 40 minutes he had the issued resolved to my complete satisfaction at a reasonable price. Both from their customer service and their professional technicians all went well above and beyond my expectations. Kudos to Matt, Andrew, Brianna and Maria for their outstanding and courteous commitment to our community. I will definitely use them again. Was very impressed.

They were on time, honest and reasonably priced. Paul Ramirez was personable and worked diligently. I appreciated getting 3 options and no pressure to pick the most expensive. I also like there is no you should become a member (pay) to get something reasonably priced. Will use them again!

If you have any plumbing needs at home. Do not call anyone, just call MET Plumbing. Forget calling Eric Pluming, Toni Plumbing or any other plumbing company around. Trust me on this one. I had a toilet leak and from the first call with Briana to actual work completed by Matt and Eric, I was just blown away with the professionalism they all bring to plumbing.

You do not find it many places these days. Their charges are reasonable, their attention to details outstanding (my wife is happy that they did not dirty our new carpet, they actually used shoe covers). Go for it and you will be glad you met MET Plumbing.

Loved my experience with MET Plumbing and Air! Especially the flexibility of your own schedule, they will make time for you when you are available. Customer service was amazing, especially the dispatcher Brijahna. She always called to make sure that we were happy with our service!

Fast, friendly and knowledge staff. Paul R came out for a service call in a timely manner and fixed, more so upgraded out our outdoor plumbing for our sprinkler system. He walked us through how to maintain the system properly and hot to prevent breaks from freezing. A+ all the way around. Thanks Paul!

Expansive than anyone. Do not tell you your real problem is. Why is your toilet is leaking. Only want you to get their thousands dollar toilet. When your toilet is leaking again, then blame the builder's problem and wanted to charge more to fix it. If you have choices, get real plumber.

Fast service. Called them this morning and they were in my house in about an hour. John looked clean and professional. He put on his work socks as he stepped in my house. He immediately diagnose the problem and fixed it. Service fee was $49. Thank you!

I have been a client for almost 3 years now. But I will no longer be giving this company my business. Recently, I requested their services. A technician showed up and gave me a diagnostic without removing the panel from the tub - he simply was able to tell me what the problem was based on his, as he stated, "23-years of experience". The quote he gave was $450 and on top of that charged a $49 fee for coming to the site and sharing his "expertise".

I obviously called another company to get a second opinion. The technician removed the panel and quickly determined that the builder forgot to turn on the valve underneath the tub before sealing the panel. This tech only charged $120 for the time spent removing and replacing the panel. Needless to say, 23-years of experience wasn't going to fix the problem. After calling MET Plumbing to inform of my situation, they simply gave me an "I'm sorry." So bye, bye MET Plumbing. Spare yourselves and use another service.

Beware, their prices are double or triple what a normal plumber would charge. I paid their trip charge to make then go away, and got the job done by a licensed plumber for less than half.

This company is a total rip off. They charge double what a normal plumber would charge, and they don't give free estimate or give out prices over the phone. Total scam, avoid, unless you have more money than brains. Called normal plumber after these scammers left and got job done for less than 1/2 their bloated price.

Not at all satisfied. Sending in formal complaint of price gouging to the plumbing board. Had a leak under the kitchen sink. First they said it was the hoses and paid them 350 dollars for that. Then a week later, we still had the same leak. This time they said we would have to use one of the faucets they sell for 800 plus installation of another 200.

By the time this is all said and done we are in the hole 12 to 1400 dollars for a simple faucet. He went to Lowe's, picked out a really nice faucet for 200 and had a local gentleman from our Church install for much less than they charge. Don't ever use these people! You will regret it I promise.

The good: they answered the phone at 4pm on a Saturday and sent a crew out quickly, even though it was a holiday weekend. The crew was very nice and handled our frustrations well. They offered to do the replacement the same night or the next morning, whichever was our preference.

Charged $49.00 just to show up and then wanted $600.00 to run a drain snake through the main line. Total time required would be maybe 1/2 hour. Pretty good pay if anyone ever really allows them to do a job at that rate.

David was prompt, very knowledgeable and quickly cleared the drain of the gunk built up. He provided a good suggestions on using bleach to keep the drain clear. The price was reasonable too.
