I needed my main homes AC fixed. I do have a home warrant but was willing to pay out of pocket as some work was excluded or partially covered. If it got covered that's of been great but if not I didn't care because I needed that air back on.

My daughter and son in law were without air for about a month. They were lied to when they were told the part was ordered. It was actually ordered a week after they were told it was ordered. When the part came in, four weeks later, they were told the company would come out sometime between noon and six o'clock.

These guys are great. My AC unit stopped working at 1am called my home warranty company and by 10:30am I was being serviced. the AC that is. I couldn't be happier! Hell, the warranty company said I wouldn't get a technician until the evening.
