I called three times to have them come out and give me a quote on a new roof and each time they said they didn't have any of my information. Each time I gave them my information again and they said they would call me back and schedule me for a quote. I ended up going with a different contractor that was actually responsive. I was referred to this company by my grandparents who used them a few years ago. If they had only responded to me, I likely would have bought an entire new roof from them. Their loss.

Our roofing was done in 2015, recently couple singles came off and we called them next day they show up and fixed it right away, and took care of the problem with warranty. Tim and other Staff are very friedly and efficient. They called before they came in and showed up on time. At the end of work they explained and showed pics what they found and what they fixed. Happy with service and would recommend to others.

My roof was leaking and I needed help right away as do most of us want it fixed and right away. I made an appointment and it was confirmed a day before they were to come out. Tim took a look at the problem and knew just what to do and he showed me pictures of the problem and advised me of the work to be done and the price before starting the work which was very reasonable!

The work was completed in 20 minutes and Tim assured me that the roof was fixed and should not leak anymore and if I have any problems he would see to it. Tim did not know that I had another company to come out who tried to RIP me off and that I had already had pictures of the roof and Tim was honest and the pictures he took showing me my roof before was the same pictures I had already had taken of my roof before he started the repairs! I filled out a web contact form in the spring to have someone contact me for an estimate. No one contacted me. Finally I called 4 days later and they said they would send someone out to do an estimate and that it would take a few weeks. Then strangely, the estimator called the next day, on a Saturday to say he was on his way to do the estimate. My husband was home and he spoke to him after inspecting and said he needed to give the information to the office to have someone give me a quote.

Another week went by and I heard nothing. I initiated another call and was told by the gentleman that answered the phone that getting the estimate can take a few weeks after the contractor comes out and that he would have someone call me. 2 more weeks went by (again NO contact from them whatsoever) and then I called back and asked about the quote and was told that the owner was out of the country and so quotes were delayed but that they would get back to me right away now that he has returned.

It's been 2 months since the first person looked at my roof and I STILL have not gotten any contact, call or quote. Very disappointing. You should certainly not have to chase a company around to try to get your business.

Recently have my roof and gutters replaced. Great job on both. They were my original roof installers and we have been using them over last twenty years. Never had any issues. Friendly people from workers, field manager, to office staffers. Honest responsible business people, efficient professional.

We have used Ty Hines and economic roofing several times. Always great service.

I used Economic Roofing recently and they were amazing. The roofer was knowledgeable, he had everything on his truck to repair my roof and it was affordable. I highly recommend them!

RUDE, ARROGANT, DISRESPECTFUL. I called them for my friend who was moving into a house in the area from out of town, whoever answered the phone literally cut me off as I was trying to tell him why I was calling, I couldn't even get out what I was saying. If that's how they treat all their potential clients, they will loose more clients than me.
