Our company used Heidler Roofing for a replacement/repair roof job and we couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship and attention to detail that this group performed. Any time we are in need of follow up questions or tweaks, they are quick to respond and to help fix any situation. Friendly staff who is more than capable and knowledgeable.

Don't bother to contact these people at all. I found them online and was so excited when Jarrod called me to let me know that they work on slate roofs. It should have made me suspicious when he told me that when they only do repairs, they do t guarantee their work. Alas, I was so starry eyed that I said they could come even though they never sent me reviews from people they had worked for. Dumb, dumb, dumb! Jarrod told me that the repairs would most likely take two to three days and cost between $1800 & $2300 per day approx.
His men showed up. My husband took them around inside the house to show where water was coming in and they proceeded to go to work. Imagine my surprise when I came home from a meeting 1 1/2 hrs later and they were gone! Here's what happened in our bedroom when it rained and they actually hadn't fixed/found the leak. Of course, we had paid the $1300 bill in food faith. Shame on them! They didn't return any emails I sent to them with pictures of the damage.

Heidler Roofing on Alpha Drive recently charged me $450 (originally $481) to caulk a few spots on my roof for a leak. When I called to speak to the manager for a breakdown on my bill he said according to their insurance carrier they are required to send 2 men to every job for safety reasons. The rate for each man is $82 per hour so in reality you are paying $164 per hour.
My problem with this company is them not telling you up front that you have to pay this rate to travel TO your house and then AGAIN to return back to their shop! They charged me $328 just in travel fees which is Extremely high! I had no issues with the workers, just the billing practices -Especially the $164 travel fee once they left my property!

We we're worried about a leak we had in our back room guy came out looked at everything said he could do it but if we felt comfortable doing it since it would be a small job told us what to do and checked the rest of the roof out relieving some of my worries it was nice to have some one come out be honest and up front when we need more work done we will definitely call them to do the job

Heidler Roofing is EXPENSIVE! Be aware they are required by their insurance company to send two employees to all jobs regardless how monor. The labor rate is $82 per hour - per man! So the ACTUAL labor rate is $164 per hour and the worst part is they charge for travel to your house PLUS TRAVEL TIME BACK TO THE SHOP! This is a ripoff! Why should I pay your workers after they are off my property?
I recently paid $450 for a minor caulk repair and was told by the manager that $328 of it was for travel. He said I should have hired a handyman. How about telling customers up front they are going to be billed at $164 per hour for travel time to and from your shop?

Heidler Roofing Services did a great job on my questions. I was very impressed with their willingness to talk and answer my questions and the quality of the answers. Craig, Brian, Ken and Jarrod can work on my roof anytime. I was impressed. All of the guys did a great job helping me understand what was going on and why. They were fast and efficient on the job.
