Park Heights roofing do all of our roof repairs for our business. our roof is a flat venal top. They always find and correct the issue immediately. I love that I can just pick up the phone and call Diddy directly, if i see an issue. The fact that the office would then call to schedule a specific time that works for me, is super convenient. I can tell that they only use the best material available and don't cut any corners. Diddy calls it "one and done!" so true!

They literally eliminate any chinses that you'll need to call them back for that same issue again. They are local, and on the top of their game. I strongly recommend for commercial work.

I had some issues concerning my gutters, and called Park Heights Roofing. Pretty soon after Meir came out for an inspection and discovered that our gutter guards had basically disintegrated after years of use, and the gutters being to small was causing water to be overpouring every time it rained which was leading to all sorts of issues to the house.

It was recommended that we go with 6 gutters to handle the excess amount of water that was pouring off my roof, as well as new gutter guards. He was courteous, professional and patient, and handled our concerns promptly and well. He was never hard to reach and I enjoyed his repertoire very much. He was able to identify the issue right away and the work was handled efficiently as well. I have not had any problems with it since then and would most definitely use them in the future if anything new should arise.

Park Heights Roofing did an awesome job replacing a new gutter section and closing a hole in the fascia with new aluminum. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because no one let me know when they were coming out to do the work so that 1) I know when they are coming and 2) I can unlock the gate (they must have climbed over the fence).

Great service and turn around time. The first nice weather day they completed the job in just a few hours exceeding my expectations. Would highly recommend.

Park Heights Roofing is an incredible company. The owner, Andy, always showed up on time, was incredibly honest throughout the entire process, his office was just phenomenal with staying in touch with me, and his workers were amazing. Having an entire new roof, gutters and downspouts could be a very stressful process. But, everyone at Park Height Roofing was wonderful, answered all of my questions and did everything I requested. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done to their roof or gutter system.

I have Park Heights roofing come out and repair my siding. They did a wonderful job they were one of the few companies that actually do repairs. instead of Forcing you to replace the siding over your whole house for two damaged pieces. I was told when they could do the work they came out At the time frame they suggested and did a wonderful job. I will gladly use them again for much bigger jobs.

Appears to have done a good job on the roof while protecting the landscaping. My sole complaint is that there was a charge of almost $1500.00 additional for wood replacement. Almost 15% increase over the contract price. I have to believe this was an intentional cost. I have had the roof replaced two times since living in this home and there were only a few boards that needed replacing each time.

In response to yours: Please, I have lived in this house for 42 years. We replaced the roof shortly after moving in and then 20 some years later. It is not as you portray that we had to have you replace someone elses poor workmanship. It was time for a new roof because the shingles had almost met their life expectancy. As previously stated, I feel you provided a quality job. But, twice you stated to figure 1000.00 in addition for wood replacement prior to the signing of the contract, that made me feel somewhat uncomfortable but figured you were just being cautious.

Then also upon receiving multiple calls following up on your original estimate, you agreed to give us a 500.00 reduction in price to meet a competitors price. We agreed to give you the job. Only to have been charged the 1000.00 you claimed we needed to figure plus the 500.00 reduced price to meet the competitors price. You got an additional 1500.00 that you basically planned on getting by charging for wood replacement.

When the additional cost was questioned. I was told you don't make money on wood replacement. It is merely a necessary cost passed on to cover the extra materials. Really, you charge 10.00 a foot, that is 100.00 for a 10 foot board that only cost 10.00 to purchase. That is a 90% profit. Then I am told well there is a cost of labor. I have a hard time believing you are paying your laborers 90.00 extra for every board they replace. Regarding photos you provided, you only showed photos of the front portion of the roof, none of the back.

I had a troublesome leak on my roof that no one prior was able to diagnose. I called Park Heights Roofing and George was put on the job. He was punctual and determined. This particular leak required several visits to properly diagnose. George went the extra mile and ensured the leak was fixed. I would highly recommend this company and especially George!
