Just Plumbing Services, Inc. is a family owned business, started in 2009 by an enthusiastic mother of two, Alexis Anne Ross. How Just Plumbing Services Inc., came to be is a truly inspiring story. One day Alexis was sitting around her most trustworthy friends and family when she was approached about continuing school or maybe one day owning a family business.

Well, let's just say, we got our start that day. Alexis sat there looking at her best of friends, who happen to be Arizona's finest plumbers, and Just Plumbing Services, Inc. came to be. Though we are a new home warranty service company for all plumbing needs, we have plumbers who have over ten years' experience in all areas of residential, commercial and new construction plumbing.

Last April 11, 2016 I called AHS as my property in Phoenix has plumbing problems. The faucet by the front door for the water hose broke. Amy of AHS was good enough to contact Just Plbg to ask if they could get to my property that afternoon as the City turned off the main line.

Thanks to Jason and Matt at Just Plumbing for coming out to fix 1 problem we had in our house and took over a prior problem which ended up being a slab leak. We were without water for over a week. Jason and Matt came out was up front and respectful worked all day and fixed the leak we had in the slab of the kitchen and gave us back our water by the end of the day.

I called for a recall because the restoration tech stated I still had a leak. The girl Amber was extremely rude and constantly interrupted me. She has horrible customer service and no respect for the customer.

I am a rental homeowner, so I have to trust the professionals that repair the homes. I use the word professional very lightly in this case. The plumber tried to take advantage of a renter's mother, who happened to be the person available during the service call, by giving them highly inflated rates for service.
