AZ Preferred Plumbing did a fantastic job fixing a mechanical problem with one faucet, installing a second faucet and replacing some rusted drain pipes over two visits. Everything worked and looked great after he was done. He was punctual and very friendly, and patiently answered all of my questions. Even though the company is very busy, I felt they really cared about my time and did their best to ensure that the work was completed promptly.

Quick, efficient and knowledgeable service. AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC technician was very helpful, and was out to do a CCTV drain inspection less than 24 hours after I called. I didn't need an engineer's report, so Ian sent me on the videos and a plan of the drainage system around the house.

I had used AZ preferred plumbing company when I had issue in the kitchen. The call was taken promptly and the lady was friendly and the appt was given as soon as it was available which was the very next day. I had what I thought was a slab leak (which is like the worst kind of leak to have IMO) in my garage. Needless to say, I did panic a bit, then I opened a service request with my home warranty. Within 24-hours, Cornell from AZ Preferred Plumbing arrived and diagnosed my issue as actually a bad water heater. phew! He then got approval from my home warranty company to replace the water heater and actually replaced it the same day!

Not only that, but he was very professional while I hovered and asked him lots of questions about plumbing in general. Not only that, but he also referred me to a good restoration company to give me an estimate on the drywall damage. What could've been a very stressful situation turned into a positive experience, and now I have the name of a really good plumbing company. +1 will panic about a water leak and call AZ Preferred Plumbing again.

I had another slab leak and this time called AZ Preferred Plumbing to repipe the entire house. The tech came to the house within two hours and detailed everything the company would do. He was knowledgeable, assuring and everything he promised came true. Every person from AZ Preferred Plumbing wore a mask, was friendly, and highly competent. Plumber came out and got our hot water system working again, after the pilot light wouldn't light. It was simply the best experience I have ever had with a plumber - responded to my message quickly, came over within an hour or so, fixed the system quickly, and the best bit of all charged very reasonably.
