My advice to all potential customers, get them to give you a list price of what a particular work you need costs. They will make excuses, but believe me they have a book with listed "standard" prices. Get a good idea what you're getting into before you request a visit. They take your CC to secure their trip charge. If you give them that, you will dig yourself into a hole.

Get a pre visit estimate - no matter how general and "ball park". There are enough plumbers around to give you $0 visits. I fully intended to use this business to help with disconnect/ reconnect of plumbing related to countertop installation. I agreed to the "trip charge" of $150. I figured it would be absorbed into the overall cost of the project - as every other plumber I have ever used that charges for a visit.

I explained what the scope of the work was, and asked for an estimate, but was told that it would only be available after visiting. Anyhow, the cost turned out to be so exorbitant that I decided to just pay Joe the trip charge without any work done at all. Very personable, probably very competent, but shockingly expensive. I ended up doing the disconnect and replacing two valves myself.

*Outrageously expensive* for the service offered. They wanted $995 in order to clear a sewer line. I suffered the emergency trip charge ($350), assuming that their prices would be at least in the ballpark of other plumbers ($100 - $400) or that some of the trip charge would count towards the service provided. I did not have a clue what their "standard prices" were until I had already been charged for the trip fee. $1345 to clean a sewer line (trip charge + cost of service) is absolutely ridiculous!

So I refused their service. I hoped to recoup maybe half the trip charge since the only thing the plumber did was confirm the diagnosis of the problem; no work was performed. I was told that there is a no refund policy. They did offer a $200 credit towards future service, but this is worth little because of their markup. With some patience, I waited a day and had another plumber visit, snake, and put a camera in my sewer line for $255 total (no trip charge). Perhaps using a water jet would have cleared the sewer line better, but it was not worth 4 times the price and no pricing options.

Our water heater decided to leak today, so I decided to replace it myself. Bought a new unit and tried to install it. Everything was going OK up until I turned the water back on. It started leaking and instead of going back and forth to get more parts I called No Worries. They came out in about an hour and Joe got everything fixed. He was very professional and got it up to code. I highly recommend No Worries Rooter for any of your plumbing needs.

Joe and his team were professional, on time, and provided good communication and explanations about my project. The scheduling process was easy, and they kept me updated on timing. They worked efficiently to replace a toilet, and left everything tidy. Appreciate the great service. Service: Toilet installation

Don't use this company DO NOT USE THEM! The owner is a scam artist. Don't let their service fee fool you. They will over charge you for services by an unreasonable amount! They pay good money to make it seem like their reviews are legit. But RUN!

This past Wednesday I woke up to a whole house sewer backup. No Worries Rooter was recommended to me so I gave them a call. Joe showed up that afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it. He was very thorough in explaining all of the options that were available to correct the problem Turns out there was a tree root blocking the pipe and he was able to completely remove it. Very thankful that he did such a great job. I would definitely recommend No Worries Rooter.

We needed a report verifying that we had no waste drain issues in a house we were selling. At the last minute, the plumber I had been referred to couldn't do the job. I made multiple calls, trying to find someone, on the evening of the last day before the report was due, to confirm we had no drain problem and prepare a report I could send to the realtor.

No Worries Rooter services were friendly and accommodating. Joe did the work and we had a report to send off the same night, after he had already worked an 18 hour day. The company provided great customer service, going above and beyond to help us out.

Charged me $1830 for 2 hours of labor and maybe $20 in materials. I just wish I had watched this Dateline NBC video about No Worries Rooter before calling these guys.total ripoff. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rOYoDqG8tjk

Joe treated our house as if of was his own and even better. I just can't say enough to thank him. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

Watch the Phoenix Plumbers YouTube video to better understand who you will be dealing with. He did change his name after the show but you'll see it's the same person that comes out. I wish I had seen all of these reviews before I called for an estimate. Which is all I wanted but I ended up with a bill for over $1,000. Total nightmare. And of course his wife will post a snide reply, because that's what she does.

The other reviews should be revealing enough to warn you. Of course the bullying reply appears. I wouldn't expect any less from you. The police told me to pay and sue you because you filed a pre-lien a few weeks after you came to do all of your expensive 'research' and still couldn't figure out how to get hot water from the hot water heater to the sinks.

Which is the whole reason that I called in the first place. Joe, Jose, or Adrianne or whatever he is calling himself this year, also cut a live pipe and flooding the floor. I can post pics if you'd like. Thanks for writing out your reply, because now it's in print. So maybe I should take the advice of the ROC and police and take you to court. ROC couldn't do anything because they go after faulty work.

But you didn't connect the hot water heater to the sinks, so they also recommended small claims court. Which is advice I should listen to, your reply confirms that. We can always let a judge decide!

We had No Worries Rooter come out a couple weeks ago to give an estimate of what my plumbing issues actually were. From the time they came to estimate to the finished job we knew we picked the perfect company! It turned out to be a bigger project than I expected but they did a fantastic job and took great care of us. We had several faucets and pipes replaced, rebuilt toilet and fixed a half working shower. They were friendly and honest. I'll never have to think who to call for any plumbing needs I may have in the future. Thanks for taking care of us!

Had them give me a quote and they weren't prepared and were unprofessional. I would not recommend. It was obvious they were more interested in up selling.

Friendly service, exorbitant prices. Joe's a super nice guy who builds your trust and then charges you whatever he wants. We recently had a sump pump back up. He spent about 3 hours at our house and did a nice job. The bill came to almost $4,000. A sump pump at Home Depot costs a few hundred dollars, so I was basically charged well over $3,000 for about 3 hours work.

He then did an inspection and told me I needed a new garbage disposal and quoted me $699. I looked at Home Depot instead and bought a top of the line one for $125 and paid an honest handyman $50 to install it. It took him under an hour and it's working like a charm. No Worries told me they need to charge $700 for a $100 disposal because they are a licensed plumber. Yesterday, our sump pump clogged again. Joe quickly found the obstruction (plastic razor piece) and removed it and did some minor clean up.

Under two hours work, $750! When I questioned them on the rates, they say they are a licensed plumber so their rates need to be what they are. Apparently they feel that a license to plumb is a license to charge exorbitant prices. My recommendation, get a firm quote in writing before allowing the work to start. I did that on the garbage disposal and saved myself $500.

The other emergency situations I didn't and I paid through the nose. Joe's wife will respond to this post as she does on the others explaining all the work that was done etc. Bottom line, no one is saying the work is fast or easy. If you have No Worries about your finances, If you don't mind paying $4,000 for a $400 sump pump and three hours work, or $700 for a $100 garbage disposal, I recommend you call No Worries.

Expensive but reasonable with the service and quality of work/attention to detail. Joe was great. I recommend these folks for sure. It was great to see the camera view of the drain line to really see what was going on and what we were dealing with. They were able to make the service call when I needed it.

We bought a home in Phoenix and there were a lot of plumbing issues. Thankfully we had a great guy like Joe to rely on. He was honest, reliable, knowledgeable and offered excellent value. His work was high-high quality. We called him back when we needed more work done and he'll always be at the top of our list. Thanks Joe for the excellent customer service! -Dave and Shelley B

No Worries Rooter came to our home yesterday, if I could give them "0" stars I would. They came and charged me $407.00 and did absolutely nothing. Well I can't say he did nothing, he drained the water in the tub and then we flushed the toilet twice and it clogged up all over again. We had a plumber come the next day and fixed the problem within 30 minutes and only charged me $125.00 and the problem was actually fixed. Please do not call this company unless you want to give your money away.

Told me I needed a new water heater, when it was just a loose nut that needed to be tightened. Edit: Thanks for the response and checking out my reviews! Impressive that you just checked all of your records for the past 8 years so fast! You must've missed something because I even took a high quality video of it.

Awesome service, but at an obscenely expensive price. Joe came on a Saturday to help us out, and his service was off-the-charts outstanding. Super professional and friendly, and quickly diagnosed the blockage in the main drain outside the house and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Joe had all the latest tech gear onhand to quickly diagnose and remedy the issues.

He cleared the blockage in the main drain quickly in 1.5 hrs, which cost us over $1000 bucks. Basic Service=$338 (45 minutes) + Root Service=$495 (45 minutes) + $200 trip charge. I give No Worries Rooter 5+ stars for top-notch service, but only 1 star for the exorbitant rate (1.5 hrs @ $1000 = $750/hr rate). If you want royalty service and are willing to pay the premium for it, then NWR is the place for you :-)

I had the misfortune of hiring No Worries Rooter, a local company that has good reviews and even a BBB rating. The experience I had with them was a nightmare, Their charges were ridiculous and the work was done without my agreement or even knowledge of the final price. After doing some research I discovered that many of his online accolades were left by people he's connected to on social media as biz associates, friends or relatives.

I also came across this video clip which shows them getting caught in a "sting operation" by Dateline/NBC in 2012.youtube.com/watch?v=rOYoDqG8tjk - he is "Adrian"and the first plumber that shows up, his real name is Joe he's the owner. I have no idea how he's still in business, although his marketing, acting and spin skills are clearly effective. He's your best friend until you question something and don't fall for his slick explanations. His tactics haven't changed, I am now going through a BBB complaint and being advised to contact the Atty General because they should be investigated. Good times.

I had No Worries Rooter to my home to fix a kitchen faucet, replace two supply line valves and install a new dishwasher. The dishwasher install was the only time consuming work needed for which Lowe's had quoted $109 to install. Lowe's was unfortunately more than a week out so I contacted No Worries Rooter. For this work I needed they quoted $1985. I'm fortunately knowledgeable enough to know this was insanely overpriced and sent them off disgusted such a vendor existed clearly gouging and taking advantage of those less knowledgeable. It's sickening they are out there probably mostly taking advantage of the elderly. I later learned my faucet only needed a $4 part.

We called No Worries because all of our drains were slow and we knew we had tree roots in the main line to the sewer. Joe arrived on time, was polite, and did a great job once he got started. Main obstruction was cleared quickly and he took out as much tree root as he could without turning the job into a major excavation. Prices seemed a little high but when what I needed fell somewhere between their packages, they helped us by adjusting things to fit our needs. I felt as though I was fairly treated and I'd call them again

Wow! Now a days all you find most plumbing companies are b***s*** repairmen who just want to sell you some other service you didn't call for. This company is to the point, and honest. They show their care for you and your family in that they don't b***s*** you and try and upsell, instead he knew how to handle the emergency. Love that charm and take charge attitude that Mr. Joe has for his work.

Very knowledgeable and helped us save a ton of money. my ins paid for everything after my water heater flooded our home. Call Joe and like me you'll have No Worries. We are a Family of 4, and really I don't mind to admit, I couldn't afford the emergency, and Mr. Joe saved the day. Thanks No Worries for helping us. I know I'll be calling them from here on.

RESPONSE: your exclamation is totally in accurate So I called the company for a price quote to remove a kitchen sink and install a new kitchen sink and to use the existing faucet. The garbage disposal needed to be taken off and then placed back on. There was no major retrofitting of the drain coming out from the wall. A standard kitchen sink installation.

My jaw dropped to the floor! $3500. So I wasn't sure I heard him correctly. I thought perhaps he may have misunderstood me or I him. I reviewed what I wanted and he reaffirmed the price. BLA HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Be very afraid!

Way, Way, way, way overpriced! Do not call these people! I was told one price and by the time they finished, the price had increased by $200. I had no choice but to pay it! I called and talked to the owner and told them I felt "ripped off". I found out later about some friends of my daughter that used the same company, and had the same experience as I did!

This company tried to scam me big time! They tried to charge $700 for a repair another Plummer did for $200 and they diagnosed the issue incorrectly. They also tried to charge $1500 just for coming out. On top of it all their Plummer wasn't even licensed! Run from this company!

I had a horrible experience with No Worries Rooter! I will be updating my full review this week. Run away from this horrible vendor! I will be following up with the Registrar of Contractors with a complaint as well as the BBB. Adrian was indeed caught by Chris Hansen with Dateline NBC. Don't make the same mistake I did. This guy ripped me off. He charged me $475 for a garbage disposal replacement when he spent $50 on the garbage disposal. He said it was a good garbage disposal, when I looked it up online it was the cheapest garbage disposal I could find. I confronted him after I found out most plumbers in the area charge around $200 for what he charged me $475. Turns out he also charged me over $300 in warranties for a $50 part.

This guy will lie to your face, I think he believes his own lies even. Do not waste your money on this guy in this tough economy. I should have shopped around more before I let him charge me too much. Live and learn I guess. I just found out this guy was caught on camera on dateline nbc see for yourself. http://video.today.msnbc.msn.com/today/43020325#43020325
