This is the worse plunming services at all levels. Extremely unprofessional and does not respect appointments. Kept making promisses and lied eveytime. Did not show up for promised appointments multiple times. They made wrong diagnosis and were unable to cix a simple sink issue after two weeks of not showing up and lying. Advice for the wise. Stay away and find professional plummer that will respect your time.

Jaimie was professional and on time. He was able repair my leaking toilet. I also requested him to check all of my bathroom faucets' water pressure and shower faucets. Service was great and I will use him again in the future. Service: Toilet repair

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Worst service ever! Came to fix a small leak in faucet via a warranty company and now water is gushing out while opening a faucet. On calling back to report the issue, they gave me a 500 $ quote to fix this. So now a small leak is now like a fountain for me. Never use or call for a service. Service: Tap repair

I broke off the handle of the water connection behind my fridge and Jaimie replaced it. This happened on a Saturday, he arrived shortly after my call and did the repair. He was very pleasant, professional and timely. Thank you again Jaimie!

Called on a Friday for a leaking hot water tank was able to come Saturday morning with no problems. Very friendly and knew what he was doing. You can tell a lot about a man and his work attitude just by looking at his truck. Very clean and organized the same way I keep my work truck. If I ever have another problem J.I. We had a plumbing emergency late in the day & J. I. Plumbing was the only one who would help us. The other companies we called all needed days long advance notice. I am doing a kitchen remodel. In the middle of installing my countertop I was told I need a plumber because my shut off valve was frozen. We moved away from Arizona almost ten years ago, and Jamie was our go to plumber when we were there. I was visiting my mom at her house in the Phoenix area when the garbage disposal died. I figured at the same time I would get her a new kitchen faucet (the old kitchen faucet was not doing well; the desert is so hard on plumbing). I immediately thought of Jamie to do the installation, and was relieved when I was able to still find him online. Jamie came, installed everything; no muss, no fuss.

I like Jamie because his prices are fair, his work is outstanding. He's reputable and no-nonsense. No upsell on any kind of services or parts that you are more than likely not ever going to need.

Jaime is awesome! Super helpful on projects at our last home and we just moved into a new house this week. Had appliances delivered this am and they couldn't install the fridge because the water line valve was corroded. Called Jaime and he was here within 45 mins and fixed the issue so we had a fridge today! Super polite, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Plumber to the rescue! Woke up early this morning to take a shower. Lol and behold, no hot water. Checked out plumbers for the Chandler area and found J. I. Plumbing had good reviews. Called them at 7 am and he was here in 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and then he replaced my water heater, installed a new one and hauled the old one away. Our experience was MUCH WORSE than Stephanie D's review on 5/31/2018 and much like Ellie S's review on 6/22/2013. I was going to choose NO STARS, but you don't have that option on here. I will avoid and would recommend anyone to BEWARE of dealing with this company. Otherwise, buyer beware! I started off calling to get an estimate. Jaimie would only provide an estimate over the phone and not in person, of which other reputable contractors do to insure they would see what the job would entail. So, I received an estimate over the phone from him based upon other estimates received in person.

He quoted me an absurd amount of money, based on other quotes received. After I hung up with him, he sent me a text saying he was sorry and actually misquoted me. In that text, in which I still have, he provided that quote, which was actually very competitive after being revised at that time. Most people would send via email, but after our conversation, he didn't have my email address. So, after receiving the text, I asked for an received an estimate via email, of which Jaimie sent out the next day.

After receiving other estimates, items came up. I called to request a revised estimate based on what I found out. Jaimie refused to send me a revised estimate and said, "Just write it on the estimate I provided via email" - very odd response. My goal was to get an accurate estimate to compare so we could make he best decision for our project. Jaimie acted like our project was not important to him. Based on our last conversation, we didn't feel comfortable and had no confidence in Jaimie completing our project, even if he would have the best overall bid. Another company has now completed our project, much to our satisfaction.

After reading the positive reviews I was very surprised by the poor customer service from this company. Called regarding a leak and was told they had "no availability right now" and was offered no other options or timeframes. Called another company and had the leak repaired. I would not call this company again.

Jaimie of JI Plumbing was fantastic! I own a business and my one and only toilet stopped running on a Friday evening. I Googled "plumber Scottsdale" and his was the first business to pop up, so I thought "What the heck" and dialed the number. His wife, Judy, answered the phone with the sweetest southern accent and handed the phone right over to Jaimie when I told her about my debacle.

It was 6pm on a Friday- so understandably, he offered me first thing Saturday morning. He came to my shop around 9am and completed his job before we opened at 10am- it was perfect! We are an elderly couple and don't usually trust service people. But, J. I. PLUMBING was honest and trustworthy. We have white carpet and were concerned about dirt being traced in when replacing two toilets. The carpet was covered, booties were worn, and we couldn't be happier with the service.

I had an excellent customer service experience with J.I. Plumbing. Jaime arrived within minutes of my call. He was extremely friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and did a great job! I would definitely use his service again. He tracked a minor leak in a room without water to the source. I was afraid it was the slab but he went the extra step to verify before giving up. He found the pinhole leak coming from a pipe in the adjacent bathroom. Easy repair and much less costly than a leaking slab.
