We have used Executive Pest for 5 years now. We have always been pleased with the quality of service. However, now that Ryan is our technician, we would offer 10 stars if possible. He is the best technician we have ever had. He spends the time to do the job right. He does a more through and complete treatment. Just had our annual termite inspection performed by technician Ryan and he did a thorough job finding no termite activity. We are very satisfied with Executive Pest Control's warranty program that we have had since we bought our home. On two different occasions in the past years we noticed termite activity. When we purchased our home 6 years ago our realtor recommend them. We have continued to use them ever since. They have provided regular monthly service ever since. Poor customer service. I called to complain after one of their techs failed to show up at a rental property. I was hung up on by the woman who answered the phone. My side business of rentals will no longer use Executive Pest Control, nor will my wife who is a real estate agent.

I'd like to say that I've used their services, but after multiple messages left on their machine after almost two months and one scheduling error, I can confidently say that they are a company that is completely inept at any sort of follow through.
