He puts his experience to work every day as he solves all types of plumbing problems. Jonna is our office manager. I Highly recommend 1st Choice Plumbing LLC! We had a nasty leak at our well house on a Friday afternoon; ended up needing a plumber after business hours. Nicole, at the office, was very helpful and reassuring despite the circumstances. She called when the truck was in-route to our home; we even got a follow-up call early next week, to make sure we were satisfied with the work and make sure there were no issues after they left.
The on-call plumbers that came out were Thomas and Scott. They did a great job from start to finish! They both made sure all our questions/concerns were addressed before they left.

I interviewed 6 plumbers and chose 1st Choice based on the recommendation of an acquaintance who hired them and how impressed I was with owner Thomas Carter. Everyone at 1st Choice was excellent, from the administrator who handles their office to the plumbers who worked on my project to the drywalling/painting company that Thomas arranged for me. There are two other plumbers in my neighborhood (55+ community) who think they have a lock on jobs, charge more, and do not help homeowners get a great painter/drywaller, but once word gets around about 1st Choice, I think they may have some serious competition!

I had a problem with my water heater and was on the Duke Energy plan. They came out when they said and on time. The guy explain to me what was going to happen, looked at other problems that we have with our system and told me to call when ready for a pricing. They installed and made sure everything worked and no leaks. I will be calling to see how they can help get this 100 plus year old house up to date.

I am very pleased with the work they did on my well water pipe leak. Hunter, Scott and Dana were such great guys to work with. They were very polite and cared about my concerns about my situation. The owner came out and looked at the problem as well and he was so knowledgeable and professional, but still very personable as well. I highly recommend this company because they care about their customers. This is a hard working, dedicated company.

I had a great experience with 1st Choice Plumbing. They quoted me a fair price for a full re-pipe of my home. Nicole was my contact in their office and she was wonderful with following up, working around my schedule and making sure I was happy with the work that was done. Tim & Colton did the work. They were on time, professional, they cut drywall sections neatly which helped so much with the clean up because most of the drywall pieces were able to be reused. Thank you 1st Choice Plumbing for a job well done. I highly recommend their services.

I was extremely well pleased with the service. The repair personnel who happened to be the owner arrived on time. They spent 10 hours under my home replacing old plumbing pipes. Every time they ran into an un foreseeable problem, they came to me and told me about the problem and how to solve it. They are very very friendly and answered every question I would have.
They explained everything to me in a way my dumb self could understand. I could not have been anymore satisfied with the results. I am definitely calling them in the future with any other problems that may arise. They were also very affordable.

Can't say enough good things about Thomas and First Choice Plumbing. He has been to our home a few times and has always been friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. His last visit was for a stopped up drain line that occurred late on a Saturday night. Called Thomas and he was at our home within an hour and fixed the problem. No extra charge for emergency, no extra charge for weekend, no extra charge for late night. Just quick. reasonable, and reliable service. What more could you ask for? I will never use anyone else.

From the first phone contact with the office staff, to the completion of the job, the service was the best. The men arrived on time, were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend 1st Choice Plumbing. The plumbers explained what they were doing, they were open to discuss any other issues in the home and I left knowing I had a forever plumbing company.
