We have used McCoy plumbing for multiple things for our business. Always professional and on time. Would highly recommend from small repairs to large projects.

They charged me a 2nd time to fix a an additional leak that they undoubtedly caused themselves. I believe they sent a "plumber's assistant " rather than a certified plumber to do the work, and still charged the full plumber rate, but then they tried to tell me it was a mere coincidence that a new leak in a fitting right next to the area they fixed just miraculously and coincidentally appeared immediately after their repair job that was done.

They can spin it however they want but no one anywhere would buy that this was just a coincidence. Such a shame that they couldn't accept responsibility for their own work and make their customer pay a 2nd time for the work they should have done properly the first time.

They started out nice and responsive, but then billed me to come out to fix their own work and tried to spin it that is was a mere coincidence that the pipe just happen to spring a new leak at the connector within inches of the leak they were working on. I cannot suspend reality to buy that argument and I would never use this company again.

McCoy Plumbing has fixed/replaced many things for us over the past several years: our hot water heater, bladder tank, shower heads and leaky pipes. I have called in a panic each time and someone has always answered the phone. On a couple of occasions we actually needed a well or septic company and they were able to tell me who to call after I texted a few pictures of our issue. They're great!

McCoy was a great experience for a bad situation. We had a clogged sewer liner from root growth but they responded immediately and resolved the situation. Quote was spot on and they left the site cleaner than it was when the got here! Highly recommend Service:Sewer repair

McCoy Plumbing has always done good work for us, and explains the work and costs thoroughly. On a recent occasion, Rick talked me through a plumbing issue over the phone because he didn't want me to spend money unnecessarily. I highly recommend them.

We were referred to McCoy by another highly recommended plumber after they could not do our repair. AT&T severed our main water line during their neighborhood installation. AT&T repair only held for a few months. Our yard was soggy. We were not happy.

Not only did McCoy answer the call, were very truthful about the level of repair needed, but executed what they said they'd do, even going beyond. Dillon and Josh were terrific, knowledgeable and polite. We had another repair pop up on the second visit and they were able to quickly diagnosis and repair free of charge. Great service. With temperatures dropping, we decided to put those styrofoam covers on our outdoor spigots. That "cheap" $1.99 cover ended up costing over $100 because in the process, one of the pipes broke! To make matters worse, it happened at 5:15pm! So, we turned off the water and thought we would schedule something the morning. I called McCoy Plumbing and planned on leaving a message.

To my surprise, Rick answered. He asked if it was an Emergency. I said "no", because we really could wait. Rick said it would be no problem to have his technician stop by on his way back to the shop TONIGHT. So sure enough, within an hour he arrived and fixed the broken pipe. The builder used pvc so I guess it was a matter of time before it broke.

But the point of this YELP is to express how impressed we were with McCoy Plumbing. The tech was professional, thorough and he really took the time necessary to do the job the right way. He even showed us the broken pipe! The tech advised us it was no problem coming out tonight & that to McCoy, it was an emergency. Although the didn't charge us like it was. Great company, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a plumbing emergency recently. A leak in the wall of my bathroom. In the process of tearing out the vanity and wall, I made a small mistake and nicked a copper line which was then spraying water out into the bathroom. Yikes! and it was Saturday. I was pretty disparate. I called one place who said they were busy until Tuesday. They recommended I call McCoy. I'm so glad I did. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, they sent someone out same day.

The person was super friendly, had to stay extra late because of some other complications, but didn't leave until I was back working again. I was very pleased with the service.

We scheduled a plumbing appt. last Friday at my rental house located at 406 Primrose Walk in South Carolina Fort Mill. I would like to thank you for sending Eddie over to help us out of the hassle. We've been struggled for days and finally with the help from Eddie, it turned into a nice end of the hassle. He is very polite and professional.

My recent repair job was the most pleasant experience I have had in many years, thanks to your plumber Eddie Rivera. From the very beginning he was concerned about my welfare and comfort. He put the commode in first and turned the water off when necessary. When he finished each project he had me take a look at the finished product.

The plumber was prompt. I had been told by my father (who is VERY experienced in every different aspect of construction) - to expect a day long job as there are many variables when installing a sink which can cause delays. The plumber (who's name escapes me right now) - had the job done in just over an hour. He also took care of another small problem for me in just a matter of minutes.

If you have to call a plumber, you should give McCoy's a shot. The Husband is always wary whenever we have to call in people to work on the house. He's a firm believer in "that's how they getcha". With this company, they don't getcha. They help ya. I truly believe that. Why? I spoke with the owner who was willing to offer advice on things I could try before I had to call someone out, just in case we could handle it on our own.

The actual tech Josh that came out really knew his stuff. He was prompt and courteous. He showed me how he was fixing what we worked on. And answered my questions when I asked. He even looked at another issue and gave a quick opinion on how to get it taken care of. To cap it all off, out of the 7 local plumbers I called, they were the most reasonably priced.

McCoy Plumbing installed a sink in my garage last week. It was an excellent process. The scheduling was great, the plumber showed up on time and was very friendly. He did a great job of installing the sink and so far I love it. I've already used it a few times and it not only works great, but it looks great to. The staff kept the work area clean and made sure I was 100% happy before he left. McCoy plumbing when above and beyond. I will use them again in the future.

I wish every home maintenance experience could be this easy! Eddie and Lee were friendly and professional. They arrived on time and performed the work quickly and cleanly. They were very respectful of my home, which I appreciate. They worked separately, installing one toilet each, and it seemed like they got it done in no time at all. They even removed the packing materials from the new toilets, which I had purchased on my own.

I chatted with Eddie about replacing my water heater and he gave me advice and a quote. I'll definitely be calling McCoy Plumbing whenever I need plumbing work done. The woman I spoke with on the phone (Mary Jane?) was helpful and pleasant too. An all-round excellent experience. They were significantly less expensive than other firms.

These guys are the BEST. I've been using them for years. Honest plumbers, great prices, fast responses. If you email them you'll get a response within 20 mins at most. The last time they came out they quoted me one thing, but were able to avoid going through the wall and fix the problem for a lot less! These guys are the best you'll find.

I can't say enough about McCoy Plumbing. They were extremely kind, patient and helpful. We had a major sewer line repair and we really couldn't have asked for someone better to do the job. I highly recommend their work.

First time calling them and they did a great job. They actually showed up a few minutes early and got the job done quickly. They did not make a mess and I got a senior discount! the second time I called and called with no answer for several days. After all the work was done, I had trouble getting my emails returned. Customer service could be faster.

There was some mixed communication between the customer service reps and I, but other than that - everything went pretty smooth. We had a major pipe burst on our front yard. They had to install a new one. Installation work was good and by far the best price in town! They even patched up the yard once they were done. Easy and laid back to work with and the best prices in town!

After spending a week without hot water dealing with one company, they were able to get to our home and give us a new water heater the same day! Extremely pleased!

Answered phone or called back in a reasonable time. ( This is more than i can say for most businesses we've contacted since we moved to cornelius last month. Really shocking). Anyway, these guys are friendly and professional. Showed up when they were supposed to, did the job well, plumber Josh was polite and professional, price fair. We will use this company for all future plumbing jobs. Had to remove a star because I called and scheduled a plumbing service and they did not call or show up. I called again and nobody returned my phone call.

I needed a seal replaced on my toilet. I called McCoy's and they were professional and fast. The pricing was given to me upfront and very reasonable. Excellent Job!

The only reason I called these guys was because I saw the other person's yelp review -- I happened to be looking because I was pretty ticked off at the plumbing company I had previously used (Southern Plumbing Company), but that's a different story. Anyway, I had to get on the road earlier this week, and it was 7am when I called McCoy and I figured I'd just leave them a msg and they'd get back to me when they got in.

I was pleased/surprised when they picked up and took my call, and had a guy out later that same day to fix some stuff. The guy also found another issue that explained some other stuff going on and had to make a special trip back out to get parts - he wasn't happy with the quality of what they showed him, so he went to another place and found what he wanted.

He came back, and didn't want to leave until the job was done - he finished up around 7:45pm. I was very pleased with his dedication and also that he seemed to want the job to be done well. I know plumbing is never a cheap thing, but I felt they provided a fair price - but the good service is what I appreciated most. Definitely would use them again - but hopefully won't have too.; )

Excellent service! We returned home to find our water heater leaking (very slightly). I called McCoy that night and they were here the next day. I had improperly described the issue which caused him to bring the wrong part. But he happened to have the part I needed on his truck and quickly repaired the issue. On top of that we remembered our kitchen sink had a strange issue. I mentioned it and he quickly repaired that as well! We couldn't be happier!

These guys are GREAT! My sink was clogged on a Saturday afternoon and I was having 25 people over the next day, I called and explained my problem and the sent someone over within the hour. He was polite, well dressed, clean and professional. He had my problem fixed within an hour and the bill was more than fair.
