I will have these guys as a contact in my phone - I would say speed dial, but that would make me sound old! Extremely responsive. Johnny was so thorough for a problem I had before. He made sure that I knew what the issue was and he resolved it. He went above and beyond on a Friday night and I appreciated his kindness and respect of my property. He took his shoes off and really wanted to help me.

If you are looking for a plumber to help you with issues, call them! Another company helped me with the same issue in the past and never let me know what the issue was - just that they fixed it. All Hours Plumbing not only fixed it, but let me know what the problem was. Stand up guys and company!

We have the tallest toilet you can buy. It was spinning and rocking as the original installers used all plastic pieces and nylon bolts and nuts. Eric came out and solved it all with all metal flanges and bolts & nuts. We feel safe again. Highly recommend them! From my initial conversation with Brett & his timely responses in text to Eric's professionalism and speedy solution, we will recommend them to all our neighbors and friends!

Thank you Brett and Eric, you guys responded quick for a Saturday. We called many plumbing company and All Hours Plumbing was the only that called back and gave us a price over the phone. We sent the pictures of old tank and we told them the problem and they came to the rescue. They came within 30 mins of the call and they brought the new tank. Installed it, and finally we have hot water again.

On top of that I had Eric look at our kitchen faucet because the flow of water was not right, i was asking why and he just fixed it on the spot. Great guys, very professional, clean work and we highly recommend them. They knew we had an emergency and didn't give us any run around. Thank you Brett and Eric.

We worked with Johnny he was awesome! We needed a toilet repair quick since we had guests coming to town and my neighbors recommended this company. I was very impressed with how fast he was able to fix the problem, his communication prior to arrival (gave me a friendly call prior), and his kind personality. I also felt the service was a good value for the time it would have taken my husband and I to DIY the issue and order the correct parts on our own. Used " All Hours Plumbing " for 3rd time. First water heater, then condensation leak and today to replace a faucet in kitchen. They also found something else wrong and did not charge for this small fix. Good price in replacing Kitchen Sink that I purchased at Big Box store. Was prompt at 8am and left by 8:45 and that included taking out old faucet and putting in new one!. Well we finally found the answer from our great plumbing guy Brett Eschert and his co-worker. Condensation was coming from a clean out drain (hard to believe). No one else seemed to be able to determine where it was coming from but was causing stains on downstairs ceiling every few weeks. Nothing was clogged. So, All Hours Plumbing who did my water heater found it in 10 minutes after I spent a week looking at everything.

And no change either because they were in the area and I had a gas water heater replaced and they beat all others in getting it in the day after I called them on a Wed night.for a great price.

Can't say enough great things about All Hours Plumbing. Very prompt response and gave me some suggestions for how to fix the issue myself. I'll be using them again!

These guys are great. Replaced an old 50 gallon water heater quickly and professionally. Several months after installation, there was a minor manufacturer issue that was quickly addressed and fixed. Brett was great at communicating updates and scheduling services. Give these guys a call.

Brett and his team were responsive and communicative on all aspects of the process and costs of replacing a LP Water Heater. He delivered and installed the unit earlier than expected. I can't say enough about these guys. Professional, friendly, timely, knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. All Hours Plumbing replaced my water heater and corrected previous installation errors. They were early to the appointment. Explained what they were doing and they held true to their original quote. I will not call any other plumber.

Second time using and just like the last time our plumbing issue was resolved quickly! Very quick response to my quote request and was told the time of service would be between 8 and 8:30. I had surgery 6/25/20 and as always with great timing I had no hot water the next day! I called my neighbor since she just went through this she gave me All Hours Plumbing's number, Brett answered straight away I explained my issue and his response was we can be there in 10-15 minutes! I was shocked at the text I got 10 minutes later, they were there!

And less than 2 hours later and the guys were done and I had hot water in an hour! Not ONLY was my problem taken care off but so fast, the guys were polite and wished me a speedy recovery! I called Brett on a Thursday afternoon to get an estimate on replacing a leaking water heater. He walked me through the estimate and options and was 25% less than others. Then he said I will be there tomorrow and have it done before noon. It was done by 11:30 with very good quality. He walked me thru what he had done and how to operate. "A" Class service and value.

I contacted Brett via Yelp messaging on Sunday when I noticed my very old hot water heater was leaking. He responded within 10 minutes and after a few photos, he was able to quote the project. They came out promptly the next morning and quickly installed my new hot water heater. No mess, no fuss and I am completely satisfied with the quality work.

My water pressure has improved, which I was not expecting, but it is a nice plus! Additionally, my mom had a plumbing issue and they quickly sent someone out to her house the same morning! Love supporting locally owned businesses. Great work gentlemen and you all are my go to plumbing service!

Fantastic Service on short notice! They received my call on Tuesday 11/26 just two days before Thanksgiving and one day before my family was going to arrive for the holiday weekend. Not only did they work be into the schedule but they fixed everything I knew about and even some things I didn't know about. Very reasonably priced as well Brett is awesome and Eric is the best. Brett is best! I'm very happy with his service. I need to relocate my conventional water heater. I asked him to give me a quote. It was very hot when he showed up but he quickly went underneath crawl space to diagnose the route and finally he recommended to use an external one. I got quotes from several plumbers and he is most knowledgeable so I picked him. He showed up on time. He and his team finished their job before noon. Water heater has being working very well. I can't be any happier.

If you are looking for a good honest, fairly priced plumber, look no further! When we noticed one of our toilets had a leak of some kind I called someone else to come and take a look. They said they would be out "First of the week". A week later they have not shown up and not called. I did a quick yelp search and found the good reviews for All Hours Plumbing and decided to give them a try.

They were here in less than an hour. The technician started to rebuild the toilet and found that there was a crack in the tank at the supply line. I went to the big box store and got a new toilet and took his advice but didn't spend a lot of money on it and made sure it was a Kohler. While I was out he repaired a shower that had a constant drip by replacing the valve.

Once I got back the new toilet was installed in a few minutes. I was very pleased with the pricing, it was more than fair. I got a quick estimate on a new water heater (we have the original from 2001 that came with the house) and will have them replace that soon. Great company, great service!

This is by far the BEST plumbing experience I have ever had. Our hot water heater blew today. I called All Hours Plumbing at 2 pm and by 4 PM I had a new hot water heater installed and working. My water main broke on a Sunday afternoon. All Hours was the only plumber to return my call, and Johnny showed up less than an hour later. He worked in difficult, dark, muddy conditions for a couple of hours, got the main repaired, and water restored to the house. There was a small glitch, but when I called about that glitch, Johnny and Eric showed up at my house within a half hour, and worked until they got the glitch fixed - at no charge.

I would sum it up this way: All Hours is responsive, prompt, professional, and they stand behind their work 100%. I can't ask for more than that. I'm confident in recommending All Hours Plumbing, and I'll definitely use them again.

We had a toilet that leaked and ran and ran and ran and ran. We tried to replace the stopper ourselves, but to no avail. So, we called a plumber. Never quite know which service to call, but based on the Yelp Reviews, this one looked good. They came and basically told us that they would have to rebuild the toilet and that they would be back in about a week, after the parts arrived. Well, they did exactly what they said they would.

They always called in advance and it took about 30 minutes to fix the toilet. The bill was $180. The toilet was about ten years old, so I am not surprised that it was in need of some repair! All in all, I would recommend them. Nothing out of line here.

They dont actually serve Charlotte. Called to try to get an appointment time for North Charlotte. NoDa. just a couple miles north of 277 and they don't serve that area. Dont waste your time

My shower had been draining slower and slower over the last few months, so I finally decided to find a plumber. Based on all the Yelp reviews and rating, this was a no-brainer. I called All Hours on a Wednesday morning at 8 a.m.; Brett said they serviced Fort Mill and that someone could come out between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and would call 30 minutes prior to arriving.

I told him my problem, he asked a few questions, and said it sounded like an easy drain cleaning, which would cost $119. Like clockwork, Eric (and his assistant) called around 11:00 and got here at 11:30. They took off their shoes before they came in, which was a nice touch. It took them maybe 15 minutes, and it cost $119 exactly. Eric was prompt, professional, and even had some jokes - he told me they'd found a squirrel in the drain. It was hilarious once I realized he was kidding! Really it was just a big ol' glob of my hair, so a pretty easy cleaning.

I had a crisis this morning with a backed up shower which caused a leak through the ceiling on the 1st floor. I called Brett, based on all of the positive feedback I read here. He had David at my house within an hour. Brett came by 30 minutes later. They had exceptional customer service skills and fully disclosed the issues, their servicing strategy and the costs before proceeding with the work.

It took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to fix the issue, and their rate was very reasonable. I will most definitely uses All Hours Plumbing again in the future, and I highly recommend their plumbing services to anyone!

Even though I have to go through my warranty company (and use their plumber who couldn't come for another 24 hours), Brett came over, shut off the water to my dying water heater, and was able to help me understand my options for replacement and repair.

Brett and David were terrific. Our 40 Gallon Rheem gas water tank in the garage had been leaking, and water was pooling at the bottom of the tank for about 3 days. Brett and David came out within an hour or two of the call, and their work was very professionally done.

Brett and his team really saved my yard and sanity. A pipe burst in my front yard early this week. The first place that came out, Charlotte Plumbing, charged $75 just to come out.

I cannot possibly recommend All Hours Plumbing any higher. Brett did exactly as he said in a timely manner for a great price. I only interacted with him over the phone and he was always very courteous.
