Vinyl
Report
Vinyl fencing is becoming a popular alternative to traditional wood pickets or rails. Though it generally costs more at the outset, vinyl fencing pays for itself because it lasts longer and requires almost no maintenance. Vinyl is a good choice for an attractive, easily-maintained fence system, it is not subject to rot, fading or other effects of weather and time.
Iron
Report
At Atlas Fence Co., Inc, we understand well why our clients want to install fencing on their properties. They want to demarcate property boundaries, maintain security, or even add an aesthetic complement to their yards. But Atlas Fence Co., Inc is especially positioned to recommend what we consider is the strongest and most effective type of fencing: iron fencing.
Chain Link
Report
Chain link remains a popular fencing product with many home and business owners. Chain link is commonly used around parks, athletic fields, schools, warehouses, businesses and constructions sites, but you find it most often securing America's backyards. Having a chain link fence installed around your property is one of the easiest and most cost-effective ways to provide security.
Aluminum
Report
Combining the refined, elegant look of wrought iron with the ease of maintenance-free aluminum, an aluminum fence is sure to add value to any home. Aluminum fences are built to last, won't rust or rot, and can fulfill any common fencing needs. Aluminum fences are also very strong and can take a lot of punishment.
Wood
Report
Whether you're looking to beautify your yard, define boundaries or merely keep out pests, Atlas Fence Co., Inc can provide the fence that's right for the job. Our in house contractors provide all labor, including post digging and assembly at reasonable rates, so you won't have to break your back or the bank to get a fence that's right for you.

I needed a new gate for my little weekend place and they were very helpful. J.R., who is the counter sales rep. He helped me design what I needed and was very informative and patient. Jr said it would be about a two-week project but they knocked it out in about 10 days. When I came and picked it up a Yard Man by the name of Pee-wee help me load it up and gave me all the installation parts.
He took a few minutes to make sure that I knew what part went where. Which maid a quick and easy installation at my cabin. Next time I need any fencing or repair, I'll be going back to Southwest Fence Company. I really enjoyed working with them. Customer service means a lot to me and that's what they have.

We needed a tall privacy fence to completely enclose our back yard for privacy and safety around our pool. We got quotes from three different fence companies and went with Atlas. The fence is 8 foot and we opted to go with a board-on-board style, meaning that there is no gap between and makes for complete privacy. The main posts and bottom were pressure treated pine and the fence was capped to provide weather protection for the top of each board. The construction was fast and as agreed. Very satisfied with the end results, which look great and which we have since had painted to further protect the wood.

Chris from Southwestern Fence was great to work with. We had a raised flower bed that had settled and was pushing down a back fence along community common area. He saw the issue right away for what it was and proposed a very workable solution. This not only provided a fix for the flower bed but also provided the right type of solution for the fence so this problem would not repeat itself. Great work by the field team and we are very pleased. Highly recommend Southwestern Fence and Chris.

These people stepped on my freon line and refused to take responsibility but continued to put up fence making the repairs more labor intensive thus costing ME more. Had they been man enough to step up and admit their damages Could have saved me a lot of money. Even refused to talk to me about it. Told me to talk to management company. I went a week without a working A/C. POS's. No stars but app won't post without!

Contacted Atlas Fence Co. in May '17 about replacing a small section of cedar fencing with 6 ' iron fence and gate. New fence was to be attached to neighbor's similar 6' iron fence with matching finial tops and keyless access. Work was slow to progress but was "completed" in early July. Finials did not match, but I am willing to look beyond that issue.
The real problem - the gate leaned and sagged from the beginning due to poor design, very light gauge metal and inadequately sized posts. It does not close, except with force applied to torque the entire fence section. Emails have been sent to Atlas and 50% payment has been made, but Atlas seemingly does not care to rectify or communicate. Now with Harvey flood damage throughout Houston I have little hope of resolution. Think twice before contacting this company.

I spent $8,000 on a gate and fence and the control panel failed. I've called and emailed several times to no avail. I'm extremely disappointed that there is no service being provided. I will update this review if my problem is resolved soon. If they don't respond to me I will strongly discourage anyone from using this company.

Well, the work was good but we realized, too late, that they over charged us significantly for the post caps. $500 for 13 post caps with staining. The caps cost $8.00 retail at home depot and the stain job was half ass. Don of Atlas told me over a week ago he'd look into it and would call me back. He hasn't and it sounds like his receptionist has been told to tell me he's out. He's I guess afraid to call me and admit they gouged me. Oh well. Live and learn. Now atlas has bought a lot of advertising from me.

I live in a townhome, and the homeowners association chose Atlas Fence to replace the fences on all the units in our neighborhood. When replacing my fence, the line from my home to the outdoor air conditioner unit was cut. I had the air conditioner repaired before I reported the damage because I wasn't certain what was causing the problem. The repairman confirmed the problem, and I contacted Atlas fence through the homeowners association who gave me direct contact information.
Everyone I spoke to was kind and concerned. They explained that the workman weren't responsible for the line being cut because it is impossible to know where the lines are before they start digging- each unit was wired differently and there is no record of where the lines were placed. Despite not being liable, Atlas Fence Co. paid half of my repair bill, and I got the check within days of reporting the problem. I would highly recommend Atlas Fence as a responsible and caring company. They also do very good work and clean up after themselves well.

This company does not provide quotes. I called and asked for a quote to repair my remote-controlled gate, and the woman I reached refused - the only option she offered was for me to pay ~$120 for a service call, which she said was to "trouble shoot" the gate. I know exactly what is wrong with it - the control arm just broke off and needed to be rewelded, everything else works - but Atlas was unable to provide even a ballpark quote.
I asked the woman questions about their services, and she said that she didn't know anything about them. I asked to speak to someone who did know about their services, and she said she would try to have their gate tech call me, but I never received a phone call. Guess I'll send my business elsewhere!

Poor quality materials, poor customer service, tried to resolve my issue with them and the owner came out and threatened to rip out my fence unless I could convince him I would be happy with the job after I contacted the BBB on them. I should say the only reason I used them is because they did my old fence 19 years ago with no problem, not the case this time. I will never use this company again.

To the owner of Atlas Fence Co. of Houston, TX: On 12/13/12, I spoke to Don about my malfunctioning Eagle 2000 gate opener. He said Steve (a technician) would call me on 12/14/12 to schedule a service call. No one called me on 12/14/12. I had to call two more times to get Steve to address the problem. On 12/31/12, you charged my credit card $135.31, though the problem wasn't fixed.
I called again on 1/15/13 to report the gate would not open unless we were very close to the opener. Don said he would call me back with an explanation of the problem. He never called. I called Don again at 2:15 P.M. that day. He said he would call me the next morning (1/16/13) when a technician was on the way to our home. He never called. I called Don again on 1/23/13.
He said he would call Richard (another technician) to ask him about the receiver that was installed. He never called back. I called and spoke to Don again on 1/28/13. He said he would call me back. He never did. I called and spoke to Don again on 1/31/13. He promised to call me back "in a few minutes." He never did. Forgetting to call someone once or twice is human.
Failure to do so multiple times is sinful, irresponsible, and unprofessional. Don is a liar and should be fired. Steve's customer service skills are very poor. I will never again patronize Atlas Fence and will encourage everyone I know to never darken your door. I will also use all social media at my disposal to warn everyone about your company's terrible service. Lastly, I will forward this to the BBB and file a formal complaint with them.
