As I drove down the Hardy Toll Road a National Fence Company vehicle with an uncovered flat bed truck had debris falling off of it and some rocks put cracks in my windshield. I called to let them know and encountered one of the rudest women I have ever spoken to. She screamed at me and hung up on me. If this is the way National Fence Company conducts business I feel sorry for their customers and potential customers.

.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This company is a complete joke. They installed a fence and gate at one of our clinics and DID NOT put any concrete in the post holes.fast forward to one year later and the gate is off level by 5 inches. Complete idiots. DON YOUNG.their estimator is by far the most unprofessional person there by far.he came by numerous times and claimed he could see nothing wrong with the post. I put a 12 in rod down both of the post that held a 36' motorized wrought iron gate.never touched any concrete.they should be shut down and jailed.

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND A JOKE! THE WHOLE ENTIRE TEAM IS WORTHLESS AND RUDE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHAT SO EVER. THE COMPANY OWNER OR MANAGER SHOULD PROBABLY RE-TRAIN THE ENTIRE STAFF THAT CUSTOMERS ARE THE ONES THAT KEEP YOU ALL IN BUSINESS AND PROBABLY ARE THE ONES THAT MAKE/ HELP THE OWNER BE ABLE TO AFFORD TO PAY HIS EMPLOYEES. CUSTOMERS SHOULD AT LEAST BE TREATED A LITTLE BETTER THAN WHAT THEY ARE BEING TREATED LIKE. GAYLE IS THE WORST TO EVER DEAL WITH! MOST RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON. DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO PICK UP A PHONE CORRECTLY. EVERY TIME SHE ANSWERS THE PHONE SHE IS SO RUDE. EVERYONE'S MONEY CAN AND COULD BE SPENT SOMEWHERE ELSE THAN AT THIS DUMP.
