I've never heard of any ligitimate company taking up to two to six weeks to finish a job or to even get the job started. Tried to give me the runaround & it takes over 24 hours for them to contact you back after you've called the office. So I called Space City Fabricators and they came out the very next day to give me a bid and two days later they came out and finished the fence in one day.

That's what I call quality working people. Updated on 6/20/2022 YES YOU ARE the company that took about 6 weeks to complete the job! This is posted on the proper page! Just to prove it.it took you over a year to respond back to this post. You can always tell you're not into time and doing stuff in a timely matter. Sorry on your part.but I DO HAVE the correct post at the correct spot!

They replaced panels on an iron fence for us in November 2018, also added "puppy bars". I was happy with the options and explanations they offered leading up to the project, as it was not cheap and it took some time to work out what would work best. I went with this company even though it was not the low bidder, because based on their responsiveness leading up the project, I thought they would do the best work.

The work was good for the most part. I noticed on multiple occasions during the course of the project that owner said he would be by at a particular time and typically didn't show. Also the crew did not have a licensed driver and it was an issue for gated community access. For our back gate I specifically requested a latch that would not require a key to open/close (our previous gate did not require a key), but somehow the preference was not communicated to the crew chief, and we ended up with a gate that required a key.

I didn't notice until after the crew had left with the final payment. They also left a few tools in the yard, and a few stray pieces of iron. When I emailed about the issue with the gate, the reply was that they would be back to correct that within the week. This never happened, despite multiple emails and calls (I had to call from a different phone to get an answer). The effort to make sure job was completely right did not match the thoroughness of their explanations prior to the work.

Left a message to call me. Never heard back. Guess they got all the business they can handle

These guys did a great job! I called them out yesterday and they came and did the job today. I couldn't be happier, they even worked around the rain! They were soaked at the end of the job, but the fence was done!

They installed a fence for me. I noticed they were taking shortcuts. I had to really stay on them. The fence was completed, but I should have gone with the other company that just charged $500 more. This company seems like they are everywhere and doesn't know which hand is doing what.

I am beyond disappointied in this company. Drew Richards installed an automatic gate for me and completely disappeared. The LA400 that he installed broke down the first time it rained on the gate. I have called him at least 10 times and have gotten zero response. The circuit box does not have any screws that catch to keep the box closed. Absolutely zero customer service.

I feel completely cheated and scammed. The gate box and arm is from 2015 I found out even though I had it installed in 2016. I feel that I got a re-purposed gate, with a faulty box and he won't answer my calls to repair the gate. I have had to manually open the gate for over 5 months because I am not paying to get another one within a year of installation! Do not trust, this guy does not respond after he is paid.

Gulf Coast Fence installed a wood fence for me several years ago. I was happy with the price and the workmanship so I recently had them install an automatic driveway gate. There was a glitch with the mechanism shortly after installation, but they were very responsive to my request for follow-up service in accordance with their warranty, and the gate is functioning well and looks great.
