We were very fortunate compared to others in the area, but we did get some minor flooding. We called Torocon as a recommendation by a friend and they showed up when they said they'd be there with various drying equipment ready to do the job. They were very helpful and efficient. Definitely will use them again and would highly recommend.

BEWARE! Don't go through what we did! They take 60-80% profit. We were approved for $13/sqft flooring. He said our budget was $2.50/sqft for crap flooring so he could have his profit! Unreliable, pompous, no shows, no communication, painted wrong walls, Took ALL our money, crap work, inexperienced workers, did not communicate to them properly EVER. Had to repeat things 10 times for each decision. Had to micromanage and constantly point out fixes, ask where they are and how much could we please spend of our money, while paying them 250%! Said "he was the boss".
We wanted out, he said "go ahead and cut me my check for 30%, $30k, and I'll be on my way." They get 30% of all work undone. We cut them check for 30% of flooring, did OURSELVES w nicer flooring, better/cheapr than letting than letting them install $2 crap. BEWARE! SUCH a pain

We were recently affected by the Tax Day floods and after waiting 3 days for another company to call us back, we found this company already working in our neighborhood. We called and Drew came over within 2 hours and had workers there that afternoon. We had a really good experience. Waylon walked through with our adjustor just to make sure what we were allowed to remove and worked with us when the insurance claim came in. We will call them again, if this ever happens again!
