I wanted to get a second opinion after I had another company come in and basically bully me into filing a claim on my insurance because what they could see the damage was so bad they wanted to rip out cabinets walls make all kinds of mess in my house they insured me that it would be covered by my insurance and they needed to start the process right away.
So I was referred to this company by a friend of mine for a second oipion and oh my God the difference I saw! Michael was so helpful and came in and couldn't believe the bill that they were trying to send me and all the things they wanted to do he insured me that the problem was not as bad or extensive as the other company was telling me it was it was actually quite a simple fix. Glad to know there are still honest people/companies out there!

Had a bit of communication break down for several days, though Michael Reed reached out to me and talked with me about My home issues and a way of getting it fixed up and done as soon as possible, edited review to reflect how fast he got back to me after being frustrated trying to get a hold of them. He stated he left a voicemail on Friday, though I have no call logs on my phone or voicemail for that day. Though appreciate the fast response back from him.
