I am having a terrible experience with this company, who have blown me off for over a month, telling me they are ordering windiows (not); the windows will take a week or so (the company they pawned me off on says it will take four weeks). Doug has NEVER called back when I was told he would -- I always had to call him. It has been nothing but excuses for weeks for a very small project and meanwhile I have plastic all over the inside and some outside of my house. If your job isn't a big item, DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!
