House flooded due to frozen pipe. Xtrac Restoration removed and replaced all damaged flooring, walls, doors, trim, insulation, etc. They also converted a closet to a bathroom. I used Xtrac for mitigation services and rebuild following the freeze in February. Overall, my experience was a very positive one. Michael handled the insurance issues, Frank oversaw the operations, and Carlos was very responsive with his work crews. They did everything from repair walls and ceilings to installing hardwood floors, painting, carpeting, and a complete new shower.

They worked patiently with me throughout the process and were very flexible in accommodating my work needs. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to use Xtrac again in the future.

Xtrac has been a pleasure to work with from the first call to the final elbow bump. Frank (Director of Operations) was quick to respond to our request for help and was easy to talk to. Michael (estimator) pointed out other issues he found when inspecting the damage without trying to upsell. Michael was our initial contact person. He came by and after inspection of our roof, he felt it needed to be replaced. He contacted my insurance company, made all communications with them, making things much easier for me! The job when completed, looked amazing! Coincidentally, I had home inspectors scheduled 2 days after the job was finished. They noticed that the gutters that had been installed when the house was built had a drainage issue, a downspout needed to be switched to the opposite end to prevent overflow.

I called Xtrac to see if they could help with this problem ( even though it was no fault or doing of theirs) They came out, looked at it, saw the problem and sent a crew out days later and installed new gutter and downspout ( AT NO COST!) We have extensive landscaping that we take a lot of pride in and the installation crew took great care to not damage anything, cleanup was topnotch, as well! great job by a great crew! I would recommend Xtrac to anyone in need of roof replacement!

We had storm damage and had to have our roof replaced. Xtrac replaced our roof. The roof looks amazing, they were quick but efficient in replacing the roof. Any issues or concerns we had were addressed, and they truly take every step to insure customer satisfaction. The installers were really good. Catalina who works in the office was in ongoing contact with us via phone and text to make sure the job was progressing as scheduled. I worked closely with Michael Scott throughout the process of replacing my roof. From the insurance claim, choosing materials, and designing the appropriate ventilation options. He's patient and reliable. Be prepared to do your research and be knowledgeable on what you want too. Carlos and the crew were also attentive to my suggestions and concern. Hopefully the new roof will stand the test of time. Xtrac also gives a 10 year workmanship warranty. I'll recommend them and will consider using them again.

My dealings with Frank Lara and his team from Xtrac were wonderful. Frank is very knowledgeable and very professional. He was very competitive in his pricing and delivered on all of his commitments. His crew got to my house early and started work right away. They finished in one day and fully cleaned up afterwards. Just a great job. They fully protected my pool and patio. I was recommended to Xtrac by my nephew who utilized their services and they were able to get the insurance company to cover damages that was overlooked by the insurance company from a previous claim and they were able to work with me on my deductible. Thanks Xtrac.

Xtrac Restoration, of Houston, Texas, has just finished a series of jobs for us-renewing a French drain and installing new gutters; removing old water damaged flooring and replacing it; and rebuilding built-in shelves and desk connecting the shelves. We cannot be more well pleased with the work Frank Lara's crews did. We are already planning more work for him to do.

Had the roof replaced and found a few exposed nail heads. The foreman told me "it's not good, but it's ok. We will of course cover it with sealant." After complaining to the owner, the foreman came back and told me it was a language barrier and fixed it. BUT it would have never been done if I hadn't questioned their "expertise" I will NEVER use this company again and I would never recommend it to anyone. They do shoddy work and their employees are not trustworthy.

I was having trouble with my insurance company with damages I received from hurricane Ike. I was referred by a lady who I attend church with to give Xtrac Restoration a try. They got the insurance to cover my roof and they worked with me on my deductible. Thanks Xtrac.

The owner tried to convince me that a massive amount of work needed to be done, including ripping out walls, cabinets, counters, etc., which was completely unnecessary for the small amount of flood water that was in my house. Then he never even sent me a quote. I called several days later asking where the quote was. He came across as unconcerned and disinterested and he said he'd check on it.

It never came; he never called back or followed up. I took time off of work to meet him and inspect my house and property, which caused me lost wages. Total waste of time and money.

I was nervous about filing a claim with my insurance company because I feared that my insurance would go up. Xtrac Restoration educated me on the procedure and how it works. Xtrac got the insurance company to approve me for my damages and they also provided me with a warranty on labor and I sent the information in to my insurance company any they gave me a discount on my policy.

The team at Xtrac Restoration did a fantastic job for us. We had a home renovation that included exterior and interior work and they were timely, professional, friendly, and honest. I would highly recommend the team to anyone considering work done on their house.

Xtrac just finished my roof, and I am glad to give them a good review here. It was a very positive experience. They did good work, excellent follow up, and excellent pricing. By chance I managed to catch a guy in the neighborhood and asked him a few questions that led to having my roof replaced (and it needed it very badly) and I'm so glad I did it.

As will all services of this nature I always go in with high skepticism hoping I'm hiring a good business that I can trust. They came through in every regard! I highly recommend them.
