Chris and his team were great to work with. My job took longer then expected, but it was definitely worth the wait. Landscaping is not easy work, especially during the summer it's extremely hot. A couple of afternoon rainstorms can throw off the entire schedule. The job took a couple of weeks to complete, but my expectations were far exceeded. Chris is flexible and will make changes on the spot to cater to your needs.
It's always a good idea to have a good working relationship with any contractor you deal with. He kept his word and that means more then anything. Great job Panoramic, keep up the good work!

I was late to the gate with snow removal contracts this year, so the first snow removal was my responsibility. Chris came by while I was shoveling and plowed me out. He then had his guys immediately shovel everything else. He has done our neighbors house and always had them plowed out way before our company in the past did. He was a very nice guy!

I used Panoramic last year and I am still unhappy with this company. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a business. Chris promises things and cannot deliver. I had several definitive dates for installation and all of them were missed without so much as a phone call. All I received were excuses and blaming everything from the weather to lack of employees.
He did a landscape plan and took a deposit with the understanding he would start in 10 to 14 days. A month and a half later, a lot of threats and numerous phone calls, it was done piecemeal over a three week period and not according to the plan. I was having sod put in as well as trees so instead of having it in the spring, it was in the heat of the summer. It was not worth the aggravation dealing with this company. Buyer beware.

Chris Cagle drove to our Nursery in Elkton KY. He ordered over $22,000.00 of Nursery stock. This was two semis of Nursery Stock. He signed for both loads. Then lied to me 4 times saying that the check was being mailed. 5 months later we still have not been paid. He lied to us and stole our product. Is this how he does business with everyone?
