Called to get an estimate for some grading and sodding of side and front of house. Rep arrived as scheduled. Evaluated job and he seemed to have good plan. Went back to vehicle to write up estimate and came back to tell me he had to emergently leave but would send estimate by email. A week later, I've heard nothing. I've sent emails, text and phone mail (call not answered). If you don't want the work then just tell me.

They put in window wells. Looked good until rain came. Filled up with water and came inside the basement. After MANY calls, nothing happened. No calls back. Then we were told they would be out the next day. Waited around all day, NO SHOW. Contacted them again and we were told to rectify the problem ours not their problem. D&B was the one who caused the problem. Had to remove the paneling in the basement, that the water destroyed.

Now every time it rains we are in the basement getting rid of the water. After several thousand of $$$$$$$ in landscaping, sod, mulch and window wells, it's OUR PROBLEM. These guys are the best contractors I have ever worked with! I met a sales rep at a home expo in March. He thoroughly answered all of my questions and said that they wouldn't be able to do the job until mid-June. Chris came to my house a few weeks later and confirmed everything that the sales rep said. He gave an accurate estimate and didn't go over budget.

He contacted me ahead of time to confirm the schedule--they started on time and completed the job on time. They removed an old shed, two trees, and a bunch overgrown bushes. They hauled everything away with no trash/debris left behind. No complaints.
