Since 2013, Reliable Landscaping has been the preferred landscaping vendor for our HOA. From installing landscaping lights to end-to-end berm maintenance (weeding, edging, tree trimming, tree/shrub installation), Reliable has provided excellent service. The crews are friendly and professional and leave the site in great shape. No mess or extra cleanup is required after they leave. I highly recommend them for both personal and commercial needs.

I had my large, elevated deck removed and replaced with stone stairs, a paver patio, and landscaping (i.e. a BIG job) and these guys were phenomenal. From the beginning of the process to the finishing touches I was satisfied. They gave me a very accurate quote, were extremely prompt in their responses and were punctual, professional, and hard-working.

I even added to their to-do list mid-week and everything was still finished quickly. I was referred to this company by a landscape architect and can't recommend them enough - thank you Jim Hubbard and crew! Can't wait to enjoy our new poolside paradise!

Just wanted to share with everyone, the incredible experience and job, that the crew deliver today. I have never seen such talented workmanship. The work was transforming! I am so grateful. It was a spring clean up. But to me it looks as good as the first day my landscaping was installed. It's a huge face lift for my home. Just beautiful. Thank you so very very much!

Jim and his crew were on site first thing in the morning and did a fantastic job. Everything was installed and planted above our expectations. Cleanup was great also! This is the second time we have used them and each time was a great experience. We will keep using them!

WOW. Maybe I should have found another place to begin with! I recently spent $20,000 on landscaping and a patio with fire pit. The job looks great but it wasn't a pleasant experience. The guys cut my invisible fencing again and again, about 7-8 times. The workers were unable to communicate with me. One or more of my trees is dead and they apparently aren't going to do anything to replace it. Barry was out recently and agreed that it needed to be replaced and was supposed to get back with me.

He was to get back with me the next day also with an estimate for another area we wanted to have some more trees planted. I waited over 2 weeks and then called to check in. Apparently they sent me the estimate to the wrong email address. Twice. So the girl that answered said she would resend it to the correct one right away. About an hour later I called to see if maybe it had gone to the wrong place again. Michelle came to the phone and said they would now not be giving me the estimate because they didn't want to do business with me!

That is wasn't a good fit. What because I want to be contacted back or followed up with about service? Really? I have not even had the best experience but wanted to give it another chance. Michelle has always been rude and never follows through on what she says. She said they have too much business to deal with someone like me. WOW. When I asked that Jim call me back she said NO.

He will not be calling you back. I wouldn't do business with them for ANYTHING at this point. Let this be a lesson to anyone who expects to be treated professionally. Look elsewhere!

Called and ordered two yards dirt I think they gave me a little extra came on time very courteous driver all good

Fantastic service from the initial meeting until the close of the project. Jim worked with us to keep us sliding on his schedule when our remodel was delayed, and as soon as we were ready he was able to start the job within a couple weeks. He and his crew were on site 6 days a week, often for 10+ hours, for the duration of the job. The guys were very polite, professional and tidy, always cleaning up the worksite before leaving for the day. I highly recommend Reliable Landscaping!

Reliable is a very reputable company. They have landscaped my last two homes and both turned out exceptional! I also have referred them to friends and all had a great experience. They provide a great warranty and competitive pricing.

Nice - Everything before payment Terrible - Everything after payment (They don't care).  They promise a lot initially and once you make all the payments they don't keep it. Quality of work and their service is not worth the cost they charge.

I've had them install new landscaping around my home's foundation, as well as planting a bunch of fir, pine and spruce trees around the perimeter of the yard. They provide estimates quickly, within a day or two.

I cannot comment on the quality of their work because I did not have them work on my house. However, I can caution you to pay attention to your own yard if they are working in your area. Their crew was installing in-ground sprinklers in the yard behind me and deemed it appropriate to drive their trencher across the length of my backyard as my watched.

It's very rare these days to have a company provide such great service. Jim and the work crew did an awesome job and I wanted to make sure you were aware of their efforts and skill. Jim is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made designing the landscaping (and avoiding pitfalls) a fun and productive experience. The work crew was amazing. They all worked very hard and capably without stopping, until the job was done and all showed a work ethic and attention to detail that is hard to find these days.

Our neighbors are already commenting, and I'm sure this will result in reference jobs derived from the overall appearance. The cleanup was also complete. There was no rush to leave, even though it was late in the day. I also noticed that when left unsupervised they did not alter the pace of their work. Amazing overall performance. We have used Reliable for a number of years for our sprinkler system and some previous landscaping and will only use Reliable from now on for any future work.

We will also add Reliable to our association list of preferred service providers that the homeowners use as services are needed in the subdivision. Thank you again for providing an unusual level of service at a reasonable price.
