We called them to check our pool leak and repair many items in our pool. They charged us $400 and someone stopped by and said we have some minor leaks. They said we'd get a written report on the leaks & issues: which we never did. After this they have been unresponsive and have never gotten back to us with an estimate on fixing the items with our pool. I filed a complaint with the BBB but haven't heard from them. Clearly I cannot use them going forward from here and will have to find and pay a new company.
