I don't recommend this store company. They are very dishonest, they are not professional, they do not honor signed contracts and they are rude.

Downtown pools sourced me a salt cell which was difficult to find. They took the time to explain the basics to me and enabled me to switch it out myself with an added bonus of learning more about my pool and setup. Would recommend based on their helpfulness and timely support.

I've been using them for pool service for almost 3 years now. They have been honest & reliable since day 1. Scheduling conflicts happen. But they've always kept their word and my pool hasn't been dirty since I've been with them. Not once have I had a guest issue regarding the pool. And if I need a repair.heater pump timer. drop an email and boom a call followed by repair in a timely manner. Thanks You for keeping my pool clean & blue year round!

Been with Downtown Pools for over 2 years now and they are the best I've worked with to date. Prompt, courteous and thorough. My pool stays sparkling blue year round.

I called to receive an estimate for pool service. Steve, who said he is the owner, was very rude and not helpful at all. I asked if he could look at the pump as well as the chemical test he was performing. He said that nobody is paying him to be here and would not look at it. I was shocked. He then proceeded to say he didn't need the business bc he already had 15,000 customers and he picked up and left. Don't bother calling this company bc it is a waste of time and they don't care about helping the customer.

We have a new construction home with a black surfaced pool. The pool installer delivered the pool completely out of wack chemically. After a search I found Downtown Pools. They took over and helped us rebalance the pool after it was drained and refilled. Steve, an owner, is a wizard. Apparently black pools are really tough to maintain but I rely on Steve and he has yet to disappoint me. Eduardo is our weekly guy and is superb. Last Corey in the office is amazingly dependable. If you want a dependable pool company, please call Downton Pools, I am one very happy customer!

They stand by their work and make sure every job is done perfectly. We recommend without hesitation.

I had a problem with my pool pump motor which I thought it needs to be replaced after it stopped suddenly so I took it and the guy checked it for me and it worked. The problem was with the timer. Thanks for your advice.

After having several frustrating experiences with other local pool companies and I am so happy I found Downtown Pools! I have used them for over a year and they are great! Extremely professional, helpful and reliable. They not only clean my pool but regularly check the equipment and make expert recommendations to maintenance as needed to maintain the pool system working efficiently. Cary and Ed are great to deal with, and the weekly staff that comes serves the pool is always very professional and get along great with my dog. Highly recommend for anyone looking for Pool service.

Joe, at Downtown Pools, is my 'go to guy'. It is nice to have someone reliable in the neighborhood. Last week, I had a problem with my salt cell control panel. Joe came over at the end of the day on his own time, immediately figured out the problem, and then located the needed replacement parts for me on a product that is no longer manufactured. System was up and running in 3 days. all good! Thanks, Joe

I've used Downtown Pools to purchase a BBQ and build out a BBQ area. I have only found the guys to be professional, honest and just a great group of guys to work with. They always kept me informed and frankly said what they were going to do and did what they said they would. I've read some other posts questioning their honesty. Never ever felt these guys were dishonest or that I needed to look out for them. They're a great neighborhood dealer and would recommend them without any hesitation.

I have used Downtown Pools for at least 5 yrs now. I have never had any problems with them. They have been informative and, I believe given me correct advice. I think if people think there Filters are too costly than maybe that is something you can do on your own. I am too busy to do that. They also take care of my pools every week for a fair price. If I have had a concern or issue with pool service they have taken care of it. I like to do business with people who are customer oriented.

From the very beginning to the very end, Downtown Pools consistently surprised me with their professionalism, prices, punctuality and responsiveness. Steve was very patient and completed several iterations of kitchen plans prior to us signing the contract. Once signed, the cabinets and appliances were ordered, delivered, and installation began IMMEDIATELY.

There were no scheduling conflicts, weird excuses or drama anywhere during the process. Very surprised to see that not only did Steve act as salesman, but he also BUILT the kitchen. He is very detail oriented and I felt as though he was building our kitchen as if it were his own. The project was completed very quickly with the help of the entire gang at Downtown Pools. Cary kept me posted regarding the schedule and Ed did an excellent job working with Steve to ensure everything was installed properly. Moving forward, I feel like I now have a company I can trust when I need pool, spa, or outdoor kitchen maintenance or repair.

Go see these guys- they sell high quality products that actually last and they don't jack up the price in the middle of the project. Plus they have an awesome slushy machine in the store.

These guys always do a great job. Although sometimes we probably take that for granted. As you know, we all just went through hurricane Irma. My husband and I cleaned the yard but didn't get a chance to get into the pool to remove the trees (actual trees, branches and leaves) that had fallen into it. Yesterday, Jeff and his crew spent over an hour cleaning our pool. Needless to say, they went above and beyond to remove so much debris from our pool and we are more than appreciative. Thank you!

I have used a number of different pool supply stores in Broward County but out of all of them I find Downtown Pools to be the best in not only pricing but in employee knowledge. The water analysis system is spot on giving the exact formula of chemicals to be added to your pool. Don't believe any of the naysayers who have written bad reviews they are just not true.

I have used Downtown Pools for over a year now. They maintain my pool weekly and I am paying what I believe is a fair price. I have a vintage pool and they have been able to handle repairs quickly and efficiently. I also had them install a salt water conversion. Their repairman/installer Ed is the best and always does a professional job.

Very smart and good guys. Helpful and good prices. Plus if you're local they'll take over your service.

I actually enjoy buying pool supplies now. Joe is such a great guy and has helped me immensely. His knowledge and expertise is only out done by his professionalism. He got my pool working and looking amazing. Now that they setup a BBQ section I buy all of my rubs, charcoal and wood from them. Thanks for making my pool fantastic guys!
