Contacted them on their website for a quote. No response over a week. Then I called & waited for additional weeks for someone to come and get an estimate for repairs & maintenance. They did not show up to discuss what repairs were needed. Sloppy.

I called B&B Pools for pump and timer repairs for our pool. Hugo came out quickly to diagnose the problem and then returned quickly to make the needed repairs. They have an online process detailing the repairs you need and then you easily easily can accept or decline the needed repairs. Once that is done they typically come within 24 hours (business days) to do the work. I'm happy to have everything operating as it's should.

This is the third time over the last few years I have used them and they were great. The lady in the office is very pleasant and kind. Rick was the service man I have dealt with and he is also pleasant, kind and very knowledgeable! He was out in 24 hours and diagnosed the problem and was back the next morning with the part and fixed it! He explains everything about the system so well and makes sure we understand it. Price was reasonable. This company has been around for a long time and I highly recommend them. Thank you Rick and B&B pools

I have caught this pool company twice now saying they service the pool. The tech threw chemicals in and split. I called the company and they said that it was raining. I asked why did you bill me then or at least come back! Second time our pool hasn't been serviced in 2 weeks I know cause I had to run over to our house and brush / vacuum and add my own chemicals!

Call the office and you get a lecture about rain! Horrible customer service horrible customer service and the owner is no better nothing but his run around BS Look for a different service!

I have had B&B Pools do my pool maintenance through thick and thin and numerous storms, including Hurricanes. I cannot say enough good about their service. From routine cleaning to replacement of consumables like filters, I have found their prices to be very fair. Lately they have started a check list of actions taken and needed that are emailed to you after every service. Absolutely recommended without reservation.

Spoke to a woman on the phone to schedule regular pool maintenance and repairs yesterday. She insisted the owner of the company would come out today, even got a reminder text from her an hour before he was supposed to show. He never showed, and charged a $100 inspection fee in advance just to come out and check out the pool. I called and texted 30 minutes after our latest appointment time; no response (now 4 hours post appointment time and still no word). Needless to say, I'll be reporting this business as fraud.

I've used B&B Pools a few times now since we bought our house in June. They're amazing people who tell you the issues and fix it quickly, efficiently and at a great price. They never try to sell you anything and everyone is helpful and friendly. You can just tell from beginning to end that each person you interact with at B&B Pools cares about the customer. I would highly reccomend B&B Pools!

Started off great but quickly declined. Started getting stains in our pool about 3 weeks from initial service. After that the scheduled time was not honored and we had no idea when our "pool tech" was coming, sometimes not at all and still charged for the service. Charged for additional cleaning for stains which they introduced to our pool that were not of any results except us having less money on our bank account and stains on our 3 1/2 year old pool remodel. Unreliable, unprofessional, and avoid at all costs, and it will cost you, more that you expect. There are so many good pool companies, find one that is worries about keeping your pool clean and not haw many people they can feed by charging you more. Terrible.

We have a sizeable pool. The pool service with another firm we had was not good. So hired B& B. They are doing a great job for us! Highly recommend them.

I don't often write reviews, but in this case I want to make an exception. B&B Pools remodeled our pool in just five days. It went from a twenty year old pool with an extremely rough and stained surface, to a pool that looks and feels brand new. The process was much smoother than we ever expected. Rhett was our point of contact from start to finish.

He ensured that the process was completed to our satisfaction. The crew was friendly, professional, and experts in their field. I am hyper-critical about many things-especially my pool. Just had our pool redone with Diamond Brite. B & B Pools was a pleasure to deal with. Work was performed when promised and completed on schedule. Harry and his team of professionals did an excellent job.

B&B Pools are the Greatest. My pool was built in the 70's and was in dyer need of repair, I hired B&B they are an awesome family run business, with great customer service. The pricing is very competitive.

B&B did a good job on our pool. We bought a house and the pool needed new diamond brite and some other work. The prices were fair and the work was done quickly and professionally. I have used other companies in the past and I would recommend B&B.

B&B Pools cancelled my service on the last day of the month effective the next day with no prior warning. They stated that my pool required an unusual quantity of chemicals and was therefore not profitable for them to maintain. My wife and I had just left on vacation for three weeks and had no time to find a replacement service, and pleaded with B&B to continue on for just another month.

We had paid every bill on time and were good and loyal customers. B&B refused, and upon our return from vacation our pool was disgusting, cloudy and green thanks to them. To top it off, B&B subsequently sent us a bill for the next month's non-service. I don't think they're dishonest, but they certainly provide miserable customer service.

I would recommend to think twice before contracting them. Their service even before this incident was spotty, and they often did not answer telephone messages or show up when they said they would.

We have dealt with B & B pools for over 20 years - through numerous pump repairs or replacements, two diamond bright jobs 15 years apart, and outstanding pool service. Harry and his staff have always been on the ball, fair and done outstanding service the whole time.
