We had a great salesman named Richard Holz! Very knowledgeable and and very friendly! Helped us make an awesome decision with buying a hot tub! Don't go anywhere else! This is the only place to buy a hot tub in south Florida, we went to 6 other places, nobody was helpful or was a 6 month wait, paid today, delivery tomorrow, don't waste your time going anywhere else, this is THE SPOT!

Richard has helped incredibly with making our dream background come true! From financing to installation he has been there every step of the way. EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE. Great customer service skills. Purchased the DreamMaker EZ Spa from Rec Pool and Spa and love it. Quite action, good looks, and a really cool LED lighting system. The bucket seats are not too confined like in some other models, although I would say they are kind of deep and you feel quite buoyant in it.

Big store with great selection of spas! Very helpful staff and service tech was very friendly. You can bring your water in for free water testing. Definitely the place to buy a hot tub. I highly recommend.

We purchased a Hot Springs Jetsetter from Joe. Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also recommended a slab person and electrician whom did great jobs as well. I was able to contact Joe on his cell if I had any questions.
