I have used them on several locations, starting with good service to now, I can't get them to finish what was started. At one location, I was assured that the system installed would do the job. Unfortunately that is not the truth, my upstairs is too hot to occupy and can not get them to fix. At my personal location, the system has not worked properly since installed over a year ago. To fix, I am being asked to pay for the labor as the units are under warranty. However, the a/c has never worked, why do I have to pay more!
