They were hired by my apartment complex Wisper Palms in Orlando to search for a leak. December 28, 2019, I left for Disney with my grandbabies leaving the roofer in my home only to get a call before I could even park that my apartment was flooded. I come back home and there was damage on all three floors. The roofer explained the sprinkler pipe was in the wrong place so when he moved an adjacent pipe over and set it on top of the sprinkler pipe to get a better look in the attic, the sprinkler pipe burst.
Mind you, the apartment complex didn't know how to cut off the water but they are both to blame. I sent them both the depreciated value of the items ruined and they both blamed each other leaving me with nothing! I lost MacBooks, iPads, clothes, shoes, almost all our Christmas gifts and so much more. I have had to pay for attorney fees, court costs, lost tickets for Disney not to mention I had to move in one day because the apartment was deemed condemned the same day.
The emotional distress and mental anguish I have gone through is not even real. Instead of taking ownership in their part and turning this in to their insurance company, they have sent one letter saying "not their fault" and left me out to hang. Bad business as far as I am concerned. I can't wait to have my day in court!

I had a lot of damage because of the termites we get here in Florida. Coming from Chicago, I thought I was safe because it was a block home, I didn't think of the wood in the roof. Thankfully it's all been repaired thanks to Aderhold Roofing. I highly recommend them but. lol. hope to not have to use them again. I learned.

Completely agree with the prior review that the company disappears. Every phone call I have made to the company was never returned. A lady will answer the phone, take a message and say the owner, Brian Aderhold, will call BUT HE NEVER DOES. The only time he returned my call is when I threatened the Better Business Bureau. This is a mickey mouse operation.
