Apartment & Business Flooring Systems, Inc. (A&B) has been in the commercial flooring business since 1981, and is known as an established leader in the industry. The owner has been with the company since its founding, and is still active in management and sales.

A&B is a full-service commercial flooring contractor specializing in furnishing and installation of all types of flooring products and services, including but not limited to: anti-static flooring, carpet, carpet tile, linoleum, sheet vinyl, VCT, walk-off systems, and vinyl wood plank.We are proud to service Maryland, Delaware, Northern Virginia, and Southeastern Pennsylvania.

We believe we can all make a difference in the well-being of the planet, and have instituted steps toward the goal of a healthy place to live. Employees have moved from throw away plastic utensils to washable utensils, and recycle our trash. In addition, an onsite commercial receptacle for cardboard recycling is available for contractors and employees.

A maintenance program can dramatically extend the life of a floor covering investment, and preserve the original appearance. A well planned pro-active maintenance program will remove soil long before it can build to levels where serious damage will occur.
