Ryan solved my problem over a Zoom call, no charge! who does that! He was very quick at responding to my issue I posted on Thumbtack and other sites. He gave me few tips on managing some of the common electrical problems on my own. He is great at giving advice if you are a rookie homeowner. I would recommend West Seattle Electric and Solar to folks out here in the Seattle area and around.

So my house is 40+ years old, and I had Ryan and West Seattle Electric & Solar come and inspect my breaker box. He was upfront with me, letting me know that my box was not an immediate fire threat, it was due for replacement. I went ahead and not only did the box, but replaced every outlet in the house with new outlets including USB's. I am totally happy with the speed, permitting process and results. Highly recommended.

I was excited to work with West Seattle Electric and Solar on a rewire of my house. Ryan came out to do a walkthrough and was very friendly, helpful, and thorough. He said to expect an estimate within a week. Unfortunately that estimate never came through. I called to ask about it a week and a half after the walkthrough and was told that Ryan hadn't added any notes about his walkthrough to their system for processing. Ok, fine, no big deal.
The woman I spoke with said she'd call me back the next day. She never did. I called the office several more times, leaving voicemails, hoping to get a bid for the work and they never picked up or returned my calls. I assume they're just super busy and didn't intentionally ghost me but this has left me feeling pretty disappointed.

After working with Ryan on a reasonably complex photovoltaic project I'm convinced there is no one in our area with a better understanding of solar powered systems. He doesn't fall into technical jargon and approached my project in a way that saved me tons of money. I highly recommend West Seattle Electric and Solar and will certainly work with them on my next project.

My name is Star Nayea. I wanted to take a moment to leave a review for West Seattle Electric and Solar. Upon my call, Megan, was able to move things around in their schedule to accommodate me, with in days. The mission; bring light back to a Cross which sits atop a 100 year old church, since the 80's! It had gone dark since the storm. In our little west Seattle neighborhood that cross serves as a Beacon of light, and the gentleman she sent to do the electric work to illuminate it again, was speedy, informative and just plain awesome!

Thank you, West Seattle Electric & Solar, for the excellent service to my home! After seeing the Facebook post regarding the Quiet Cool air filtration system, I decided to reach out and happy I did. I have six people in my home, three of which suffer from major allergies. Not only did West Seattle Electric call me shortly after my inquiry, they provided next day service to my home.
The installation took about two hours and with only 12 hours of running. not one sniffle or itchy eye in my home! This is unheard of in my household. The bonus. (not realizing the air quality was just plain bad in my home) my house had that 'new home smell'. For anyone who suffers from major allergies or issues with respiratory issues that require breathing clean air in their home. do yourself a solid and contact West Seattle Electric STAT! Thank you to the entire staff and team!

Stellar service! Myself and my bookkeeper at my company have both worked with Ryan on our personal residences. He came out, communicated will via text, and was friendly when he arrived! This company is very professional and I would highly recommend to anybody that would need their services. Our house was a pending sale and the job got done ahead of schedule. West Seattle Electric came highly recommended from several other people I know/trust. Ryan checked the health of my electric panel and explained what he saw in terms that a layman like myself could understand. He let me know of some work that would need to take place down the road so I could plan for it and also spotted a safety issue which he sent Jay out to take care of. Jay called to let me know he could come a day early, did a great job, cleaned everything up. Will use again!
