Bryan and his team at ASA flooring did such an incredible job on our house. They refinished our main level and installed hard wood on the second floor. I received a quote the same day before they left our house and the crew was in there the next week. Had the job done in a week and a half, were so communicative and respectful of our home. Our floors look beautiful we could not be more happy!

We hired ASA Flooring to extend our hardwood floors throughout our main floor. They did a beautiful job blending and staining all of the floors to look seamless. Throughout the process they were extremely communicative, answered all of our questions, and took the time to talk through and show us extra colors to make sure we were 100% happy. I would hands down recommend ASA and will be using them again for any future projects.

ASA flooring fixed some water damaged boards in my previous condo downtown before I sold it. They were friendly and offered a great price. I think they could improve a little on internal communication but they were great to work with overall and the floors looked beautiful.

ASA did a great job sanding and refinishing the floors in our old (new-to-us) home. They worked around a couple of scheduling issues and Bryan was always reachable to provide an update and answer questions. The quote/pricing was transparent, and the process went smoothly. Great job!

Ultimately the floors and stairs look really good. But the process to get there was not smooth. The stairs had to be redone because they were installed incorrectly, and the owner was aware enough to point this out himself. But then when they came back to re install, they made several mistakes, wouldn't respond to communications about these mistakes promptly, and ultimately the project took more than a month than expected to finally get everything done

My hardwood floors are beautiful! I had carpet in three rooms that needed to be pulled up and replaced with hardwood. The worker bees did such a good job. They were here when they said they'd be and just got the job done. There was an area in one of the rooms which needed a little attention. I talked to Bryan and he went above and beyond to fix the area to my satisfaction in spite of having to deal with a crazy homeowner (me).

I highly recommend ASA, everyone from the workers to the boss are hands on and strive to give a good result. We had lesser estimates but I'm so glad we paid just that little bit more to get an excellent end result. ASA thanks for a job well done!

After calling 4-5 flooring companies I got in touch with Steve, the owner of ASA. He came the next day to do a walk through and give us a price for refinishing and re-staining our hardwood floors. He gave us a really good price for the work, compared to other quotes I received online. Steve helped educate us on oil vs water based finishing, and was flexible with us as we decided on our colors. 3 business days later his team started the work.

In just about a week from our first call, the work is finished. He and his team were super professional, on time, and helpful through the process. The finished work is fantastic. Steve came back for the final walk-through and give us tips for floor care. Loved our experience with ASA Flooring. Highly recommend.

What I really appreciated about ASA is their honesty. I had 4 other flooring installers give me quotes on our floors, and all of them told me different things and had different ideas of what we should do with our floors. We had a mix of needing new hardwood installed, existing hardwood needing to either be replaced or refinished, and areas that had been damaged or removed and needed to be interlaced with new wood.

They ended up doing all of the work within only 2 weeks of the consultation, AND we saved some money because of the recommendations they made to save our existing hardwood. I am so glad I stumbled across their reviews online. Also, everyone we encountered was professional and polite. Highly recommend!

I hired the ASA team to install hardwood floors in my master bedroom. They did an exceptional job of matching the floors that had been previously installed by the builder. The job was finished when promised - even with short notice. They were professional and clean. Their price was fair. I would highly recommend.

My experience with ASA started a couple of years ago when our son bought an older home we pulled the carpet up and found hardwood underneath it also had an area that had tile over hardwood. I gave ASA about a 10% chance to make it look decent They made it look new! More recently they refinished our 20 year old hickory floors with the same result! I highly recommend ASA flooring they have not only done a great job on our floors but have been flexible with our schedule and completed the work earlier than expected

ASA was referred to us by a good friend who was very happy with their results and their floors were beautiful. So we got a quote from Steve the owner. We found his pricing very fair, not too high and not too low. He was extremely easy and professional to deal with and answered the many questions I had. He really took the time to walk through everything and did frequent follow ups and check ins on our large project to keep us informed. The entire project started and ended just as he told us. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for a good, honest flooring company.

As a first time home buyer, we had no idea what we were getting into when we bought our fixer upper. Getting the floors professionally installed, and refinishing existing hardwood so it all matched seemed like the best option given our 1 month turn around before we had to move in. I received quotes from several other flooring contractors, all of whom wanted to completely remove our old hardwood and install either prefinished or engineered hardwood at a ridiculous price.

After reading online reviews, I called ASA in desperation. Steve came out the same day, and we had unfinished hardwood installed, and sanded and stained within 2 weeks of the initial consult, for literally $1000 less than the other quotes. The flooring is absolutely beautiful by the way, and their team was professional and polite. I am so thankful I stumbled across their reviews online and was able to work with them.

Wanted for years to tear out old carpet in upstairs bedrooms and put in hardwood but was nervous about doing it for all the obvious reasons, cost, time, quality etc. Steve and his crew addressed all these for a reasonable price, timeline and with excellent results. Steve and his team did an incredible job! We had some existing white oak flooring installed in our home (done by another company in Denver) and wanted to extend the flooring to a couple of rooms, including tying it in to the existing flooring. They gave us a very competitive quote and did an outstanding job on getting it done quickly and professionally. It looks amazing and we couldn't be any more pleased.

We worked with ASA to remove carpet on our stairs and throughout the top floor of our home, to add new hardwoods upstairs and to stain the downstairs floors to match upstairs. Steve and his crew were prompt, polite, courteous, great communicators and made this renovation a breeze, even from afar. We had white oak hard wood floor installed by Steve's crews and everything was beyond our expectations. From estimate to finish it was really easy to work with and very professional and timely manner. Steve (Owner) was very communicative which he made sure everything is going alright. Our project was little bit complicated because we needed match the existing white oak colour to new one but they did outstanding job which we can't even really notice the different. Overall experience was great and I would definitely hire them again!

Steve from ASA worked with my wife to find a solution to the additional cracks. His guys re-sanded the problem area and re-stained. There were one or two spots that he said could have been better on the initial job and some areas that were just tricky due to the nature of wood floors. Steve wanted to work out a resolution that we could live with and did just that. Stand up guy and he did the right thing.

I am a general contractor and after working with many flooring companies, really appreciate working with Steve and ASA. No issues, no change orders, great quality and they have always been able to meet our schedules. I am hiring them to install flooring in my own home later this year and strongly recommend this company for any hardwood floor.

We found Stephen thru yelp and their reviews. Stephen got onsite asap, assessed our issues, got us a quick quote, and we had floors delivered and acclimating within days. We had a complete mess under our existing floors from a bad previous installer, they removed, prepped and got our new awesome hardwood installed all super quickly. Couldn't be happier with the end result, would highly recommend!

Our floors turned out BEAUTIFUL! These guys had an opening in their schedule - Called on Monday, got estimate on Tuesday, began on Wednesday, done by Friday (filled gaps, natural oil instead of stain, two coats poly). Other than a little stray dust - to be expected - they left no trace other than our fabulous floors. Very reasonably priced. We will use asa flooring again!

ASA Flooring? More like OMG Flooring! Yes, I am a millennial who loves acronyms. We originally got 4 quotes to get our hardwood floors refinished. Our floors had some water marks, a candle burn and a few gaps in between the planks. They weren't terrible but it was quite a bit of an eye sore. Steve, the owner, was the one to come down for our free quote.

The price was very competitive compared to the others which made us go with ASA Flooring. We were able to get scheduled within our move in date. Originally it was a Tuesday- Thursday/Friday long job. However they finished on Wednesday! I was worried they were just trying to rush our job but on Tuesday I went to go sign off for the stain and I was amazed by their speedy and beautiful work!

I was already in awe of the sanded floors hahaha. Steve called the next day to see how I liked the water based stain as he was at the house checking up on the job. It was done a lot sooner, mainly because we chose a natural water based stain. He mentioned if it was a colored stain, it would've taken a day longer. Nice to know! They were also able to sand down the water marks and burn mark on the floors, where other companies were charging us to replace those planks. Steve was confident in this and didn't try to hustle us on that. Yay - thank you! Overall, I'm am sooooooo happy with ASA flooring! Their team and their work were nothing but great!

ASA flooring did a fantastic job putting red oak floors in my 1906 condo in Uptown. They were easy to work with and really responsive. The floors look amazing, highly recommend!

ASA was great to work with. We worked with them to replace some existing engineered woods floors as well as refinish a few rooms with old hardwood. They were well-priced, prompt, and their work turned out beautifully. When complications arose (e.g. our old floors were glued rather than nailed, the timeline with our painters got pushed around) they communicated well and worked with us to find the best solution. Should we ever need more flooring work done, I wouldn't hesitate to work with ASA again!
