Great resource for solid and soft surface selections for designers and builders! You cannot walk in without an appointment, and need a designer, like me, to work in their sowroom!

Great experience. Jessica of the professional design staff really knows her stuff. She made a potentially daunting selection process easy and fun.

This is my third experience working with this establishment. My designer brought me in to look at samples and I was very happy with their extensive selection. I've worked both with Diane and Jessica - they have a great eye and really listen to what you're looking for. They have also worked hard to find options during pandemic delays and helped us to keep our project moving. I'm impressed with the customer service here.

Jessica was amazing and super helpful during our meeting she explained the differences between products that I was looking at and suggested a product that fit my needs. Checking out a sample was super easy and fast. She really made the whole process much less stressful.

The Floor club and Evan Fowler are amazing! Evan makes the whole design and completion process so much easier! From picking out tile, ordering tile, and picking up tile, Evan is on top of it! I stumbled upon The Floor Club about a year and a half ago. I have nothing but great things to say about them. The showroom is always in good order. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful - Evan is one of a few reps I deal with in the interior design industry that I consider to be outstanding! They have great product lines and a lot of them and are familiar with the nuances of all of them and are willing to ask and answer any questions about any of them.

I realize that sounds like what reps are supposed to do, however, that's not what always happens. It's not the problem, it's how you handle it. There are always going to be problems with things. Hopefully, they are minimal and far and few between. There is no way to predict or avoid problems in many cases, but how problems are handled is how I determine the strength of a company and The Floor Club has always exceeded my expectations. What a great company to work with. I foresee a longstanding relationship with them.

We had a great experience with The Floor Club! Evan spent a lot of time w/ us helping us choose samples and making sure we had a good selection to take home and look at. He was great about helping order larger samples when we narrowed our choices and provided us w/ the name of a fantastic installer. (Bill Gray) All of our questions were answered quickly, even when I contacted him after our carpet was installed. We are thrilled with our carpet and padding choices and would recommend The Floor Club to anyone.

If you can't find it here, I don't think you can find it anywhere. They have a huge inventory of flooring to pick from and their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend The Floor Club!
