Steer clear of them- we had a toilet tank leak overnight into the main floor. Insurance recommended them. I should have used my usual guy. They left large cracks in the wood floor between planks. Planks that should have and they said they would replace in the beginning -Attempted to come back and fix them with wood putty but they came right back and keep getting worse. This was only a year ago.

We thank Brothers Flooring for their excellent service and workmanship. Our new wood floors look excellent and installation was fast and professional. The office manager was pleasant and kept us well informed through the entire process. They did a great job matching our existing floors.

Brothers Flooring was a dream to work with! I had no idea how much is involved with replacing my carpeting over to hardwood flooring but the results are amazing and well worth the time as well as the money invested. Our home could not look better and I'm sure will add to our property value, when and if we decide to sell. From the time we called in to request an estimate to the final coat of stain, everything went on time and on schedule.

We are in love with our new hardwood floors from Brothers Flooring. Not only is the finished product spot on with what we wanted, but the customer service from the beginning to end of our project was fantastic. Working and scheduling with Angalica was easy, fast, and she was extremely helpful with her suggestions. Our installer, Anthony, was also prompt, kind, and his work was flawless as he took great care to finish out the uneven areas of the floor.

He gave excellent advice on how to protect our new floors so that they stand the test of time, for a long time. We cannot be more happier, and we agree strongly to recommend Angalica, Anthony, and the team at Brothers Flooring.

We bought our new home in 2018. When the builder told us what they wanted for the wood flooring we picked out we contacted Ralph at Brother's flooring for a competitive quote. The quote was significantly more competitive but more important, the installation so much better than the builder would have done. They had to take up the basic flooring the builder put in and replace it and still came in significantly better.

When we finished our basement we had them do the Luxury Vinyl Plank and, again, excellent craftsmanship. They stand behind their work, too. While we had no installation or product warranty problems we did ask them to do a couple of repairs and they were great.

We started out by requesting quotes from three different companies. We had an outstanding experience with Brothers Flooring and we're delighted with the results. All the products and customer service were excellent. Angelica helped us for setting all the meeting times, and made our scheduling a breeze. I travel a lot for work so this was very important to us. Ralph refinished our hardwood floors and also matched, and installed hardwood to the stairs.

The whole team did a fantastic job on our project. Our floors look super as well as brand new. We would recommend Brothers Flooring to everyone to save time and money for their project.

Ralph is the true professional when it comes to knowing all about the different types or species of hardwood flooring as well as the different types of stains and coverings. His team is great to work with and so friendly too. We could not be any happier with our new floors and are ready for all our holiday visitors now.

5 stars for their honest and ethical recommendation that we do NOT screen and coat our floors. Ralph looked at the 20 year old hardwood floors in the house we just purchased and explained that the floors were in excellent shape and really didn't need to be worked on. This is definitely a company I recommend strongly.

I could not be happier with my beautiful new wood floors. They are gorgeous. Brothers paid so much attention to the detail, caulking the baseboards, filling holes, and putting up with me when I changed my mind about the stain color. A pleasure to work with and excellent craftsmanship. I would highly recommend them. There were some hiccups with scheduling but they worked through the weekends and the final product was definitely worth it. It is a big job with many moving parts.

Brothers works with All Phase Restoration (check their reviews) Long story short, I had an insurance claim, All Phase was the general contractor decided to walk away from my job. Brothers installed the hardwood. Called brothers and let them know All Phase has walked away and asked if I could keep my appointment for whole house sanding and refinish. Was told they "you're going to have to find someone else to sand and finish your floors." Mentioned to Brothers they installed the floors and still have a spot on my floor they needed to fix. Was told they will no longer do any work on my house because they wouldn't have gotten the job if it weren't for All Phase.

When I asked the lady that answered the phone if there was anyone I could speak to that might make an exception I was told " No, I'm the manager, you're just going to have to find someone else." This is busy season for this kind of work, and this pushed my house being done further by another month. ( Also first impression was not good as the estimator without notice showed up an hour late to walk the job originally. Would not recommend.

Soooooooooooooo pleased with the job Alex did. Alex was very professional and did a beautiful job. Our floors look fantastic. The area that was damaged with water looks perfect. I give a 100% plus recommendation to this company. Love the new ebony look from golden oak.

Brothers Flooring came out to give us an estimate on having our Hickory flooring refinished. They were prompt and the quote was reasonable. We scheduled to get the work done pretty quickly, they came out and they were very timely and courteous during the 3 day job. The final product is truly outstanding, they literally look better than when they were brand new! I would recommend Brothers Flooring to anyone that is considering getting their hardwood floors refinished.

They recently completed a tear out of our old hardwood and carpet and installed new hardwood and baseboards. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. We had hardwood floors installed about 3 weeks ago. We had gotten four estimates. A couple of other companies did not call us back. Another company over-estimated the square footage. We finally decided to go with Brothers and we are so glad we did. They did a terrific job! I love these floors. The owner is always available to talk. Someone always answers the phone when we call, versus other companies you leave a message and wait.and wait for a return call.

We just had our floors done by Brothers Flooring based on a recommendation from a friend. They did an AMAZING job and we are really happy with the results and the quality. They were so thorough with the job, even triple checking that we were happy with the stain color knowing that we were looking for something pretty specific. We had the best experience with Brothers Flooring. Our floors had 23 years of hard living. Kids, dogs, toys etc. They did an amazing job and they are beautiful. Hello, I wanted to write to let you know how pleased I was with the work Brother's Flooring did for me. When out of town visiting family I learned of a flood in my house. My lovely, original, 65 year old hardwood floors throughout my home were destroyed.

We wanted to thank you for the work done at our home by Ben S. From your first appointment for the proposal, to the finished product we couldn't be happier. The proposal and your explanation of what we should expect was exact, the delivery was made as promised and Ben was here right on time.

Booked an appointment one week out. Took the morning off work. Received a call at 7:33am from Brothers confirming the appt. for 9am. No one shows. Call the office at 10:03 I am told the person couldn't find the house. Believe me its pretty easy. Worse was they never called to ask for directions or inform me they were running late or had problems.

They knew I was home based on the confirming call at 7:33. I had to call them at 10:03 to find out why they weren't here. I was told driver couldn't find the house. The driver has a cellphone and gps welcome to 2015 Brothers. Wasted my morning.

Ralph, Wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the recent hardwood flooring your Company installed. It was pleasant to have such a professional staff working in our house. The attention to detail was outstanding. Your staff was always punctual and were constantly cleaning up as they progressed through our house.

We were stood up 2 times for an estimate. The company did not call us either time, although they claim they did on the second time. There is no record of calls on caller ID. They told us it was our fault.

This company was a sub-contractor repairing damage caused by a leaking ice maker line that took out my kitchen/dining room hardwood floor. First, the work was delayed for about a week while we waited for the hardwood to "cure" to the Denver climate. This was oak not something exotic. You don't have stock on hand that is adequately acclimated? Second, I was not happy with the way the new flooring boards matched the existing boards - some boards much lighter than other in spots. Unfilled holes and knots.

Some areas clearly not cleaned properly before sealing. Finally, the contractor that was doing the project made them come back and attempt to correct the problems. They said that the matching of the wood wasn't something they could be responsible for (different wood from different forests - yadda yadda) but they'd correct the finish issues.

Poor job of doing that - still very bumpy finish in spots (just shoddy finishing) but it's in the pantry and I'm just going to live with it. Overall, not really thrilled with the end result. Deal with them again? Never.
