Humberto came out on a hot Sunday afternoon--he was clearly knew what he was doing. He explained EVERYTHING to my husband and me. The problem with our leading water heater, the features in our new water heater, and how to operate our new one. He was quick, efficient, and very patient with my questions as he went along, and he added a pan under the hot water heater (which we did not have and it makes so much sense). My husband and I were thrilled with his effort, his customer service approach, and the excellent craftsmanship. I will recommend Humberto and this company to all my friends.

I called and Spoke to Alex and I was really happy with his recommendation and came out the same day to replace it! Fantastic experience - and saved me thousands of dollars. They will absolutely be my first call from now on. Solid five stars, from start to finish. they came out for the estimate on time and at no charge, were super helpful with scheduling and followup questions, arrived right on time for the install, cleaned up, got rid of the old unit and the two guys on the job were super friendly, professional and efficient. the final total honored the original quote to the penny.

I got a few other estimates and they were all within a few dollars of each other so I feel this cost was reasonable. perhaps others would be as professional, but I am quite confident that you won't be disappointed with this team a huge shoutout to Water Heaters Masters!

Fortunately we didn't have a massive issue with our water heater. It was just leaking slightly, which gave us some time to shop around. All the water heater specialists we contacted were very responsive; however, Water Heater Masters had most affordable quote by far. Eddy came out bright and early 8:30am on a Saturday morning, quickly assessed the situation, answered all our questions, provided a quote, and by 10:30am we had a new water heater and he was done.

Their warrantee is also very good because it includes labor in addition to parts for at least the first year. Of note, if you're looking to go with Home Depot (HD), HD requires you to get the work permitted through the city, which I really just an extra expense. I think because the the permitting, their technicians are overly caution and sometimes recommend things that aren't really necessary.

We consulted with several specialists to confirm that those HD recommendations truly were just extra. Additionally, Water Heater Masters uses Bradford White water heaters, the parts for which are much more readily available compared to Rheem brand. Eddy also provided us good information about what it would take to install tankless water heater systems, and listed out the pros and cons in a very neutral manner. I'd definitely highly recommend them!

After a failed delivery of a new water heater from another company, Mike came out the same day and had a new water heater in his van that I purchased. He removed the old one and installed the new one in about one hour. The new water heater works great, the installation looks good and everything was left picked up.

Water Heater Masters sent Jason to evaluate my water heater issue. My water heater was under warranty, so the manufacturer, Rheem, send a replacement part. The package Rheem sent contained only one of the two needed parts, so Jason installed the part that did arrive. After contacting Rheem again, and getting the second parts package, Jason came again, on a Saturday morning, to finish installing the parts installation, for no additional charge. You can't ask for better service.

No better nor worse than all the others. I paid $2100 for a super basic 50 gallon gas tank. No choice as I had no time for alternative. The guy was fast and job done perfectly.

Called for a non emergency to troubleshoot my water heater. Was given an honest professional analysis by Brian and a couple of options that made since after the evaluation. Worst case scenario was getting a new heater, but well worth it after looking back at all the times I had limited hot water and good pressure. Hope I don't have to see you for another 15 years or longer

Our Water Heater decided to break down and started leaking. I reached out to Water Heaters Masters on Yelp and they very quickly responded back with a high level estimate. I called Alex to schedule an appointment and he was kind enough to fit me in the next day. Rigo arrives the next day and was so polite. He quickly assessed the situation and walked me through what he would need to do and what will be the final cost.

The pricing was very competitive and Rigo was already carrying a water heater so that he could get to work if I gave a go ahead. Rigo was very thorough and did a fantastic job. Received a couple of quotes from others, each pretty high with a lot of expensive "options". One wanted to charge me $350 to get the county permit! (It costs $132 direct). Alex at Water Heater Masters gave me a phone quote and when I asked about what "extras" might be involved, each was included. Brian showed up to scope the job and did it on the spot for exactly the quoted price. No fuss. Tidy install. Happy.

Jason came out and provided a free estimate. I said I would get back to them after I got another competing estimate. They actually came in with the best price so I called late in the afternoon to secure a time. They arrived early the next morning and replaced my large 75 gallon water heater with another Bradford which they had in stock. Did great work including a new water shut-off valve, new gas valve and hose and new flex pipe connections.

They are on time, reliable, and offer the whole package including install, and the water heater in one price. Of course if you have an unusual circumstance like a pipe break or something that's extra. However, love the customer service, love the honesty, and loved the price!

Alex was very helpful and quick to respond to my request for a new water boiler! Jorge came that same day to check the space, ordered the water boiler, and had it installed the following day! Jorge was efficient and got the job done without leaving a mess. Highly recommended!

There is a reason they have so many 5 star reviews! We called Water Heater Masters on a Sunday morning to fix our water heater. We left a message and figured we wouldn't hear back until Monday. Alex called us back in 30 minutes and scheduled someone to come out and replace our water heater that same day! Jason arrived on time, was very friendly and explained everything.

I called Water Heater Masters about my old water heater that was about to die. The person I talked to on the phone was super helpful and polite, and scheduled a technician to come out the next morning. The person arrived within the first 30min of the time window, gave me options for the repairs or replacement, walked me through what each would entail and installed a brand new heater during that same visit.

I should also mention that he did offer to just give me a quote so I could compare prices since I didn't have an emergency how often does that happen these days? I'm so glad I went with these guys and not the first company I talked to. Highly recommend!

There was a leak at the drainpipe outside the house. The wife was all panicked. "That's what happened to my friend right before her basement flooded". OK, OK. Called plumber #1. Not super helpful. Recommended replacing the water heater for $3k. No thanks. Called Water Heater Masters. Came out next day. Humberto was real helpful. He diagnosed it to a pressure value and said "it's operating as it should, you really don't need to do anything.

But it is old". We decided to replace the pressure value for less than $300. Also gave us a quote for a new water heater at much less then plumber #1. Real happy with the service and price. Would definitely call them for any water heater needs.

Having my old water heater replaced to a tankless Rennai water heater by Mike and Jason from WHM was the best choice I could have made. I love all the space I gained but most of all, not wasting all that water waiting for hot water when taking a shower. All I do now is go my app and recirculate the water for five minutes and BOOM, I have hot water in seconds.

I love, love having hot water on demand. Mike and Jason teamed up in doing all the necessary work to remove the old water heater, move the gas lines and installed the recirculation pump inside. My tankless water heater went out suddenly and i was without hot water for 2 days. Alex was great about fitting me in the schedule and quoted a competitive price to replace my tankless hot water heater with a conventional heater. Brian came right on time the next morning and did the work with minimal disruption to me and my family. He was efficient, competent and accommodating with our needs. Great job!

Great service! replaced old water heater. they scheduled within few days of phone call and took about 4 hours to install new bradford white heater! tech was professional. cost was reasonable and competitive compared to other companies. their additional cost for permit and inspection was too expensive in my view so i did it on my own to save money and inspection passed. highly recommend.

All the five start reviews are there for a reason. We had our hot water heater go out on Christmas Eve. I knew I wouldn't get anyone out over he holiday, and had WHM quite us out last year. I have them a call, got an appointment for Monday even though they had been really busy. We have a new tankless water heater and I'm so please. Everyone we have talked to or worked with has been very friendly. And their prices are great. If challenge anyone to get a lower queue for the same quality heaters. A+

Water Heaters Masters is great! We discovered that our water heater went out on Thursday 12/30. Luckily, we contacted WHM, and talked to Alex who was very knowledgeable and professional. He quoted us a price and the next day (New Year's holiday) Mike arrived (early!) to install it. Mike verified the price - as quoted - and was able to install it in a couple of hours.

I just wanted to say how extremely pleased I was with your company and with the technician today. From the first phone call we had (and then you guys being able to fit me in the very next day) to the last step in the process, I was impressed And I was beyond impressed with the job the technician did onsite. He went above and beyond what I expected and ensured all the old pipes, valves, hoses, etc. were replaced.

He walked me through the options and was polite, clean, and professional. He did an amazing job cleaning up the area and even wrapped up my garden hose for me (that I had used to drain the tank b/c it was leaking) and put it away! Plus, the price beat the competition and I got a 50gallon tank for the price that was below the competitors 40 gallon tank prices!

I had originally called two weeks prior but I couldn't keep that appointment due to my work schedule. I called back and Alex was able to schedule my appointment with his technician named Eddie. Eddie was soooo kind, knowledgeable and just a great in his dealings with people.

Efficient Replaced a water heater that needed to be replaced and did not want to wait until winter

We discovered water leaking from the bottom of our water heater late Saturday night. Why do emergencies almost always occur on the weekends? Talk about bad timing. After shopping around, we found Water Heaters Masters to be the most competitive in pricing. They were able to fit us in on a Sunday morning. The process was seamless. Spoke with the owner, Matthew, who was quick to respond to my questions.

Then Alex, the scheduler, was able to set up my appointment immediately. Rigo, our technician, was prompt, very professional, and efficient. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and did a thorough job. He completed our water installation within an hour. Rigo reworked the earthquake straps for safety and we have a new gas flex line and sediment trap.

Everything was performed in a safe manner. He cleaned up the area in our garage and disposed our old water heater. Now we have hot water and everything is back to normal. Payment and invoice was completed via email. Simple and easy. Thank you so much for your excellent work and service.

We just had a new water heater installed and it couldn't have been easier. Our installation was a little complicated because we were also getting mold remediated from behind the old water heater, so the removal and installation had to be done on separate days. Alex was super accommodating and even sent someone out again after we discovered our shower has a "pressure balance valve" that prevents any water flow without a pressurized hot water line.

I think it's great that they specialize in water heaters and probably do a ton of installs. Lots of experience. I assume that's why they were able to provide an affordable quote very quickly, and the install looks and works great. One piece of advice / feedback: ask them to flush your new water heater. Maybe they actually did once with mine, but I noticed a slight propane smell from the hot water for the first day.

I called Alex about this and he put my mind at ease that this is normal (especially if you have a sensitive nose), and it was gone after I ran the hot water a bit on the first day.

I'm very DIY, but I also know what my limits are. Natural gas appliances that are acting weird and making explosive noises absolutely qualify as above my grade. Had a water heater start sputtering and coughing while I was taking a shower. I knew it was time to call some certified pros. This happened at 8pm on a Wednesday, so deffo after hours! I'd had the burner assembly of the heater out before to clean it, so before I called I got the model number and all of my details ready, including photos and videos of the malfunction.

The person who picked up the phone not only took all of my info and listened carefully to my problem, they also helped book an appointment only 12 hours later, 8am the next day :D The next day (which was this morning), the certified tech was exactly on time. He took one look at the video I had shot of the noise and knew exactly what the problem was, but he still took the time to listen to me describe the issue, show the burner assembly, and then answer any questions I had.

He ended up recommending that I replace the burner assembly unit (and gave me tips on how to replace it), but also walked me through my other options in case that ended up not working. He was there for about 20 minutes and charged me absolutely nothing for the generous use of his expertise :) After I managed to source a part to replace the unit locally, I reinstalled and fired up the heater.

It worked exactly as the service tech who was generous said it would. However, there was one small issue I was concerned about: the flame color didn't seem quite right. I called these guys back fully expecting to have to wait for them to schedule a visit so that someone could take a look and correct any mistakes I had made, but we were able to discuss the problem over the phone and no visit was necessary. I feel like I took advantage of these folks, because I didn't end up making them any money! The least I can do is tell everyone else how helpful they were. :D

Great experience with WHM overall. They gave (a competitively priced) estimate over the phone and scheduled the appointment for the next morning. Showed up on time with two (40 Gal and 50 Gal) water heaters in the truck. Clearly explained the pricing and the process for the work and city permitting. All work was performed by one guy (Rigo) in the time estimated and no mess was left behind when the job was done. Very professional work. Thank you Rigo and WHM!

Integrity. Looks out for the customer. Mike came out twice. The first time he told us that our water heater was still under warranty/recall and helped us call it in to have a technician come by and fix it for free. (This was after another business came by and gave us a quote of over $2000 to fix it.) The technician that came told us we needed to fix a valve. Mike came out again and took a look and said it still looks okay.

He didn't want to charge us for work that didn't need doing. We did ask him to help install earthquake straps for our water heater. I'm impressed by Water Heater Master's honesty. Definitely recommend them to others.

This is an amazing company - from the response to my internet request for a quote (the most direct and complete response) to the installation of a new water heater with Brian that same day. Brian was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. When you call Water Heater Masters, you speak to a real person rather than a service or leaving a message. Found this company by Googling water heaters and had very good reviews. My 9 yr old water heater developed a leak. 1st company I got estimate for was a complete scam so I checked out WH Masters. They gave me a great estimate and replaced my old WH. Professional, friendly, responsive and high quality all the way. A month later I ran into a problem installing a new toilet.

There was not enough wood subfloor surface to properly secure drain flange. So I contacted WH Masters and requested same technician for estimate and ideas on how to fix my problem. Again, he did a great job with a fix at a totally reasonable price. Cannot go wrong with this company!
