They know what they are doing, professional, very expensive. They did excellent work to replace the boiler. Did work without telling me, then presented with bill. Well intended, but poor communication. Would use them again, but with close supervision

Dago is a miracle worker! We had a compressor completely stop working which refrigerated our tap beer system and we were in a panic. This happened early on a Thursday morning. The new part/system was up and running by Friday late afternoon! Anyone who owns a bar knows that this time turnaround on an emergency situation is unheard of. This is also the second compressor Dago has put in for us.

He is very good at listening to concerns and explains how things work. I had a lot of questions and I felt confident in his ability to get the job done correctly. Also, Dago came back several times when I was concerned about getting the temperature set to my standard, and to date, I do not have any complaints. I would recommend Alaska Refrigeration if you need to get the job done right and with excellent service.

Our refrigerator went out on Saturday night. Alaska was the fastest to respond and sent Dago out Monday, 2 days before anyone else could come out. He was very detailed in explaining all of the possible issues and outcomes, and what each wouldn't require to repair. After all, he was able to repair it for the lowest cost of all options. Alaska's technician, Dago, came to my rescue last week on a very cold day. My pilot light went out, and I was freezing. Dago responded quickly to my call. He diagnosed that my heater had a defective thermocouple, and replaced it. As a senior I was very grateful for Dago's promptness and expertise.
