I had never done a renovation before- so from the minute I spoke with Ryaan I was so impressed by the professionalism-- I knew I was in the best of hands. He, Kristina and their team are fantastic. designer Emma O is incredibly talented and helpful! The tiling is masterful by Bardhyl, a true artist! Every person attached did their jobs and beyond.

And the result. just amazing. If I had known RJT Carpentry before, I would have done this way sooner! They made the process as easy as it can be with one bathroom! And so pleasant an experience. I have not heard too many people say that about their contractor AFTER the project is done!

Couldn't be more pleased with Ryaan and his team (Bobby, Val, Connor, Kristina, etc.) They were super easy to work with, responsive, reasonable and forthcoming with pricing and timelines, and the overall product is incredible. They removed wall paper, painted, installed a french door, and turned two bedrooms into a giant bed, bath, walk in closet. 10/10 would recommend, and can't wait to refer or use them again!

I would highly recommend RJT Carpentry and Tile for your kitchen and bathroom renovations. I recently had Ryaan and team gut renovate my kitchen as well as do a more minor renovation in my bathroom. I must say that I was impressed with the designer with whom they work, Anna Orfanides. I told her what style I was looking for, and Anna knocked it out of the park. It's simply stunning, and everyone who has seen my kitchen is impressed.

While it was merely a galley kitchen in a Brookline condo, Anna envisioned a design that made it much more functional, timeless, and chic. Hilary Farr would be impressed. Ryaan and team are highly detail oriented. There was one incident where there was a problem with some of the lighting materials. While some contractors would have taken a shortcut and simply have installed the lighting as is, Ryaan and his electrician Chris, who was a perfectionist, made sure that the vendor was held accountable, and they refused to install the product until the issue was resolved with the manufacturer.

It should also be noted that Ryaan and team are in constant communication from the project inception until the very end. Kristina, the project manager, is unbelievably responsive. You really can get in touch with her around the clock. The workmanship is impeccable, and it's the first project I've done with a nonexistent punch list. Ryaan took care of small details before I even mentioned them. Finally, I want to add that they are just nice people.

I really do think animals are the best judges of character. My dog is a Lhasa Apso, and there are some people he just doesn't like. I was worried that there would be lots of barking and growling throughout the project. However, that was not the case. My dog took a liking to the project team from the beginning. There was no barking and growling. If he can trust them, so can I. It was a wonderful experience, and they really have earned five stars. Thank you!

Ryaan and his team absolutely ROCKED our bathroom renovation. We pushed them both in concept and technique and they produced amazing results in both regards. They were incredibly clean and professional the entire time and not only did they execute our vision but they exceeded it exponentially. RJT Carpentry and Tile proved to be an excellent choice. Our condominium association has had Ryaan do two different projects, and we intend to use him in the future. His pricing is reasonable and competitive. The work was well done, on time, and on budget per the contracts. The work areas were always kept clean and neat. So professional! My bathroom renovation had a hard and fast deadline as new tenants had signed a lease. Ryaan assured me the project would be done before their move in date and it was. The crew was so careful of the hardwood floors and cleaned everything up when they were done. I can't wait to use RJT again for future projects and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Not only is Ryaan a master craftsman, but he also has the patience of Buddhist monk and the professionalism of a career diplomat! As someone who manages real estate for a living I've had more than my fair share of "bad" contractor experiences, so when it came time to renovate my home I was nervous. However, choosing Ryaan/RJT was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time.

From the project's start to finish I feel I was in constant communication with Ryaan: he would check-in, follow-up, offer suggestions/etc, actions you would expect from your contractor but unfortunately rarely receive. While my project was not without its challenges, what renovation isn't, the way Ryaan seamlessly navigated those challenges was nothing short of perfection, and the work speaks for itself (it's beautiful). My only regret is that I did not start this renovation sooner with Ryaan/RJT, do not hesitate in using them, they simply are the best!

We hired Ryaan and his team to completely renovate our kitchen in Jamaica Plain, and we are extremely pleased with the results. This was our first experience working with a contractor, and we met with several before beginning the project. Ryaan was the only person who responded to emails promptly, showed up when he said he would, and gave a detailed quote that included everything we'd talked about.

Working with RJT on our exterior remodeling project was great. Communication was fantastic not only with the crew on-site, but also with Ryaan via phone and email. Any time there was a question, or an ask, there was never an issue talking through our options and agreeing on a solution.
