We were extremely pleased with the renovation of our master bathroom - the process and the outcome. Andreina kept us informed on the schedule and next steps and responded to our questions and concerns as they came up. Marco and Paulo, as project supervisors, over saw many aspects of the work, being on-site as needed and providing information with clarity. Paulo as carpenter and Darly as tile installer worked with attention to every detail, resulting in a beautiful bathroom. All of the workers were thoughtful, respectful and communicative. I highly recommend this company.

Bay State and their entire team did an outstanding job with my kitchen project. It was a complete gut and remodel and involved extensive engineering work due to the removal of two load-bearing walls. We could not be happier with the results. Sabrina worked with us to pick out our cabinets, and even though they were backordered, she encouraged us to wait to get the ones we really wanted. Clara and Andreina were always readily available when we had questions and were quick to respond. David was great to work with as well, and did a fantastic job coordinating the project. Marcio was on site often, making sure that everything was done to our liking.

We were especially thrilled with all of Paulo's work. He is one of the best carpenters we have ever worked with. His work was neat and precise. Everyone who has seen the kitchen since the remodel has said it is some the best work they've ever seen. Price and timeline were reasonable, especially considering how extensive the work was. Would highly highly recommend.

I've used Bay State on two separate refinishing projects at my home and have been beyond impressed on both occasions. They're easy to work with and provide a personal touch. Most recently I had my old beige bathroom tile refinished to be bright white and it came out fantastic. Joshua was professional, cleaned up after himself well, and most importantly - made our old bathroom tile look brand new. I would absolutely recommend Bay State to anyone considering a refinishing project and will use them again in the future.

We highly recommend Bay State Remodeling & Refinishing. I'm a tough customer and was skeptical of hiring a company that I found on the Web. In the end, we're very happy we did. Andreina, our main contact, was a dream to work with. She's extremely responsive and thorough - she answers her own phone and never fails to provide information quickly and accurately.

I absolutely loved working with her. Darly is a standout (so great), and all the workers were extremely friendly, prompt, clean, and courteous. We received a few estimates prior to selection, and Bay State's estimate was right in line with others. I was also afraid that they would find issues along the way that would increase the price. In the end, however, the final construction cost was in line with the estimate.

They stayed on target with the timeframe too. Do some research on the cost of vanities, sinks, and plumbing supplies beforehand to get a sense of how much you want to spend. We ended up picking some higher-end items so the total cost was more than I expected during my initial planning. That, however, had nothing to do with the demolition and construction costs. Bay State stuck to their estimate.

As a bonus, Bay State brought in a wonderful woman named Danielle to clean our house when the project was finished. Her husband, Marcus, also works for Bay State and is delightful as well. Again, we highly recommend Bay State.

I was very happy with Bay State's transformation of my well-worn, stain-ridden old bathtub, to one that looks as good as new. Also, and importantly, I was very happy with the technician, Frank. Frank was professional and courteous, and went beyond the call of duty, returning the following day to put the fixtures back in the tub, caulk the tub/tile junction, and remove the protective paper and plastic.

Not only is this additional work not necessarily included as part of the refinishing job, the technician nonetheless returned at the end of a very long day, at about 7:30 pm. I can't say how much I appreciate Frank's dedication to providing top notch customer service!

I worked with Bay State for a complete bathroom remodeling and my experience with them was outstanding. The bathroom was fully functional within the time frame they estimated, which is a feat during a pandemic. Sabrina made sure all the materials and finishes were in place before the work started. Because it is the only bathroom, David worked with me to get a functional toilet installed as soon as possible and even responded to my texts on the weekend when something came up. Marcio and Paulo did awesome work and listened to my concerns and requests.

Special mention to Andreina who was in constant contact with me to let me know what would happen when and relayed all my concerns to the subcontractors. This team clearly has customer satisfaction in mind. They will definitely be on the top of my list when I decide to pull the trigger on the kitchen!

Bay State Remodeling and Refinishing completely transformed our third floor from an unfinished attic to an incredible playroom/guestroom. When we bought our house eight years ago, we always knew that the third floor would be a project that would improve our house and provide more living space, but the finished product is even bigger and nicer than I had imagined.

Now it's the only place where our three little boys ever want to play! Not only did I find all the members of the Bay State team to be kind and professional, I really appreciated how willing they were to add extra touches along the way, and to provide honest feedback on what would be the most cost-effective version of what I wanted. Our "team" of Ray, David, and Marcio, made it clear throughout the process that they valued me as a customer and wanted the project to be exactly what I wanted. I definitely plan to use Bay State again for future projects!

Can't say enough good things about his work. He was punctual, polite, very detail oriented, took great care to be neat, and really worked very hard. The whole job cost 410.00 and after having dealt with too many contractors over the course of various renovations around the house, I was thoroughly impressed with his workmanship.

These guys are great. We have a pretty small apartment and they were able to do some pretty substantial renovations while we continued to live there. The whole process was substantially less stressful than it could have been.

This was just about the best contractor experience I have ever had. (And I have had many.) I found Baystate via an internet search. The renovation was enough of a distance from my primary home that none of my favored contractors would drive the distance.

Bay State Remodeling has been a total pleasure to work with from start to (even after) completion. Like everyone else in New England, I had a lot of damage to my bathroom from both ice dams and also a pipe bursting from the unit above mine imploding my bathroom ceiling.

A couple months ago I called Bay State Refinishing looking to have a contractor to help us remodel our dated kitchen, Martha was able to book us an onsite visit right away and Ray came over to see the kitchen, he send us the estimate the same afternoon, pretty detailed and really clear to understand, the following week we were on the schedule to start our remodeling.

I had the bathtub and surrounding tile in my bathroom refinished on Tuesday, and I am so pleased with the results! It was an off-white color and now it is perfectly white and clean. I spoke to Martha a few times to schedule the appointment and she was always accommodating and able to answer my questions.
